or designer to deliver a truly customized and unique project. If you do not
already have an architect or designer, we are happy to provide recommendations.
Our commitment to a collaborative, detailed, and client-focused approach ensures
that your remodeling project not only meets but exceeds your expectations,
resulting in a beautiful and functional living space.

Estimating

We engage with clients and their architects or designers at the concept stage to
provide a ballpark estimate, helping to assess whether the initial design aligns
with your budget or requires adjustments before finalizing details and drawings.
We collaborate on value engineering to refine the scope of work to fit within
your financial parameters. Once detailed drawings and specifications are
available, we create a Detailed Cost Estimate providing an estimated cost of

Pre-construction planning, including value engineering, is a crucial step in
ensuring the success of a remodeling project. This process involves detailed
consultation, collaborative design, meticulous planning, and strategic cost

CONSTRUCTION COSTS

Remodeling costs are highly variable because each home is unique and each
project is unique. Several factors influence the cost of a project, including
the age & condition of the home, structural changes, electrical and plumbing
updates, design and layouts, and fixtures and finishes. Due to these variables,
no matter how small or big the project is, there's no typical price per square
foot in remodeling. However, here are some general ballpark figures we can
provide based on our most recent projects to help with budget expectations:

General Ballpark Estimate Ranges

 * Kitchens: $125K - $250K+ Seattle Remodeling

 * Small Bathrooms: $55K - $80K (single sink, one toilet, one tub/shower)
   Seattle Remodeling

 * Primary or Ensuite Bathrooms: $80K - $125K+ (double vanities, separate tub
   and shower)

 * Basement to ADU Conversions: $300K+ (depending on the existing condition,
   layout changes, and required plumbing/electrical work) Seattle Remodeling

 * Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs): $350K - $650K (depending on
   groundworks, utilities, size, number of beds/baths, and fixtures and

 * Whole House Renovations and Additions: Starting at $750K for smaller one
   story homes and easily reaching $1M, $2M, or more depending on the square
   footage, number of kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, condition of the
   existing structure, and the extent of additions.
