Globally, we are at an inflection point as it relates to the tsunami of
distressed debt that is only beginning to make its way into the marketplace. Our
value is simple; we have over twenty years of experience, proprietary software,
and a national network of relationships with distressed asset sources from which
we underwrite and acquire real estate, or loans, collateralized by the real
estate. Put simply, we’ve already put in our 10,000 hours, and are poised to
take advantage of a historic opportunity.

COMPETITIVE EDGE

Our proprietary software in conjunction with our national network of
relationships at banks and auction houses allow us to source the best deals in
the country. This is a distinct ‘moat’. Most of the players in this space at a
national level are institutional; $500 million-plus pools of capital searching
for deals at scale. The smaller players don’t have the ability, experience,
relationships, or software to source deals nationally.  On a small to medium
scale, there are very few players who can pivot from New York City to
Albuquerque to La Jolla, CA over the course of a week.
