powerful 15 HP on both main and sub-spindles is versatile and quick for combined
turning, milling and drilling of small sized parts with a very compact
footprint.

CLEARSHIFT TECHNOLOGY

SIMULTANEOUS SPEED

ClearShift technology enables independent programming of the upper and lower
turrets, offering several benefits including simplifying programming,
efficiently catching/removing parts from the sub-spindle without having to stop
machining, enhancing safety/flexibility in setup, and significantly decreasing
overall cycle times.



PROGRAMMABLE GANTRY

LESS HANDS, MORE OUTPUT

Automatic parts-catcher efficiently removes the finished parts up to 180 mm long
in automatic mode and idle time, enhancing lights-out operation. The gantry is
also engineered for precision engagement, ensuring gentle handling of parts,
reducing any possible denting/scuffing.



GAP ELIMINATION SOFTWARE

SLASH CYCLE TIMES

Developed meticulously by our skilled engineers, our Gap Elimination Logic
software eradicates forced dwells in the cycle. Experience seamless transitions
between operations like turning, C-axis, and Y-axis movements, where others
struggle with time-consuming dwells. Ensure continuous operation, even during
parts catch, by keeping tools engaged and productive.



EGS TOOLING

REDUCES CYCLE TIME!

The BMX 45Y2 is equipped with two rugged and quick Eurotech servo turrets.
Directly driven live tooling on all positions with no belts. Up to 3 tools can
work simultaneously. The rotary tools are driven by a motor with 16.2 lb.ft
torque, 6.1 HP power and speed range of 6000 rpm.
