and enhances a traditional stethoscope, allowing you to get more from the device
you already own. It's compatible with most adult and pediatric stethoscope
models from 3M™ Littmann®, ADC, WelchAllyn, MDF, and Medline.

 * Analog and amplified modes give you the choice of how to listen.
 * Up to 40x sound amplification with 7 volume levels increases confidence in

 * Active noise cancellation reduces unwanted background sounds.
 * Fits most adult and pediatric stethoscopes.

WHAT IS THE EKO CORE™ DIGITAL ATTACHMENT?

The Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment or Eko CORE™ is a Bluetooth-enabled device that
attaches to and enhances a traditional stethoscope. The CORE™ Digital Attachment
is compatible with most popular adult and pediatric stethoscope models from 3M™
Littmann®, ADC, WelchAllyn, MDF, and Medline with no cutting necessary. CORE™ is
compatible with many other stethoscope brands and models, but there are no
performance guarantees when using other stethoscope brands or models.



WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EKO CORE™ DIGITAL ATTACHMENT AND THE 3M™
LITTMANN® CORE DIGITAL STETHOSCOPE?

The Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope is a Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope
that is pre-assembled with the Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment.

The Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment is manufactured and tested by Eko and is built
to attach to and enhance most traditional stethoscopes.

HOW DOES EKO AUTOMATED HEART DISEASE DETECTION OR AI ANALYSIS WORK?

When the Eko App is connected and used with a compatible digital stethoscope,
Eko’s FDA-cleared software automatically checks for signs of heart disease.

The Eko App will summarize any findings with an intuitive 15-second recording.
These findings aren’t a diagnosis but are intended to aid the clinician in
reaching a diagnosis accurately, quickly, and confidently. Access to Eko AI
requires an Eko+ membership.

IS EKO CORE™ COMPATIBLE WITH EKO APP?

Yes, the CORE™ Digital Attachment pairs with the Eko App. Download the Eko App
for free at the iOS and Android app stores.

WHAT IS EKO+?

Eko+ is a paid membership that unlocks unlimited access to the Eko App’s full

create, save, and share heart sound recordings and PDF reports.

Eko+ is offered as a monthly or annual subscription and can be purchased on
ekohealth.com or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

When purchasing a stethoscope, you will see the option to select “Yes, this is a
Gift”. You can select “1 Year of Eko+” to add a prepaid membership to your

The Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment comes with a 2-year warranty which is warranted
against any defects in material and workmanship.


We guarantee you'll detect heart and lung conditions more confidently using Eko.
If not, return it within 75 days for a full refund — just contact us and we'll
take care of you.

ARE EKO PRODUCTS HSA/FSA/CME ELIGIBLE? HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED?

Stethoscopes from Eko may be eligible for HSA, FSA, or CME (continuing medical
education) purchase and/or reimbursement.

Use your benefits card for qualified purchases and save your order confirmation
email as a receipt. You can also log in to your Eko profile to print your
receipt.

If your card is declined or has an error, you can pay with an alternate credit
card and submit your receipt for reimbursement with your administrator.

This definitely amplifies the sound great! I can hear murmurs a lot better now
and it blocks out the background noise so well! I'm still messing around with
the recording part of it but its a nifty little gadget to have up your sleeve!

Nice, but not nearly as loud as I was hoping. Pretty confident I don’t have
hearing loss, but it is not very loud even on max.

This attachment is versatile and easy to set up. I don’t see a need to record
anything so I don’t use the app much. It does what it says on the tin: amplifies
your stethoscope’s auscultation. I’m not sure it’s worth the staggering price
tag, though. Overall? Meh.

Eko CORE Digital Attachment
Product arrived quickly, app easy to download and connect to product. It
connected to my hearing aids but I really couldn't hear breath or heart sounds
very well through my hearing aids and the visual/recording didn't seem to
correlate to my patient's chest movement or pulse. I think this product works
well for some people but it didn't meet my needs as well as I hoped so I am
returning it

New tool to help
Eko CORE Digital Attachment
Bought the Eko Core to aid my hearing of some of the "distant" breath sounds.
The device works pretty well. My only complaint so far is the amplifing of all
the sounds. I would love some noise canceling. In fact, I thought that was built
in, if it is there is no help with other noises.

Great for Community Midwives
Eko CORE Digital Attachment
I'm a midwife working in the community and sometimes I have clients who prefer a
fetoscope (fetal stethoscope) over the doppler. But hearing baby's heartbeat
through a fetoscope is notoriously difficult, especially in earlier months. I
got the Eko attachment specifically to use with a fetoscope so I can still offer
it to my clients who prefer it, while also ensuring that I'm hearing baby well
and able to make more accurate assessments. I can hear baby's hearbeat so much
better with the Eko, and that gives me confidence while serving my clients.
Providing options to families is what community midwifery is all about, and my
Eko allows me to do that without compromising evidence based care and accurate
monitoring. I consider this a must-have for all community midwives! Grace Fox,

Bluetooth into hearing aids
Eko CORE Digital Attachment
Connectivity works great but obvious delay while listening to lung sounds.
Seeing the chest rise followed by a second and hearing the inspiration in my
hearing aids. I'm trying to also adjust that my hearing aids are new to me so it
may be their problem.
