My name is Dr. Jesse Wingate (he / him) and I am a licensed psychologist. Thank
you for taking the time to get to know a little about me and the services I
provide. I truly enjoy my role as a therapist and find it humbling that folks
welcome me to travel alongside them in their respective paths to cultivating
wellness in life.

As a clinician, I most enjoy seeing my clients learn from their experiences,
develop skills for coping, and pursuing meaningful life changes. Change, albeit
difficult at times, can serve as an excellent trail marker and harbinger for
good things yet to come. Therapy can be particularly meaningful when embarking
upon these new changes, which is typically where I come in. I am a collaborative
therapist and see myself as a partner to my clients.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and for demonstrating a
willingness to take steps towards something new and different.
