from start to finish and one of the best kept/looked after parks we have stayed
in over the last five years, plenty to do on site for all ages and every think
is so clean and tidy . Some parks are dog friendly but never seen so many dog
stops and even free dog poo bags , also they have…



Super touring break



Super clean site with great facilities. Warm welcome and always friendly staff.
Toilet block very clean and everything worked. Free use of golf clubs and
croquet mallets to play on site with. Good little park and a number of walks
around the area. A very well stocked tourist information room was impressive
with photo copies of the walks available. Pitches are all hard standing and ours
was fully serviced in a nice area of the park. Nice quiet, peaceful site. Small
shop on site and also a pub.

We have recently returned from a lovely weekend, taking our touring caravan to
this site. On arrival we were booked in and shown to our pitch, which is of
average size (car, twin axel van and awning on gravel area, with grass to the
side). You’re given your security code for the barrier, that you require to
enter and exit the site. There is a small shop that opens in the mornings for a
few hours during the quieter season.
I have to say how lovely and helpful the staff were, nothing was too much
trouble.
There is a pub on site, which is a gem.
A large dog walking area is at the top of the site, with a small dog wash and
drink station.
The shower blocks are continuously kept spotless. The water is always hot and
plentiful, with a good water pressure from the shower. A warm dog shower is in
the chemical waste room, that also has a hair dryer to dry them off after
romping around the dog walking field.
Overall this site is fabulous and we’ll definitely be returning!

Thank you for a lovely, comfy, warm stay at The Sylvista Bungalow, it really has
been lovely, even if winter did return.
The underfloor heated bathroom was absolute bliss.

of calm where we can pop to as often as we can.
 A country retreat and escape from town.
