ABOUT OUR CHRISTIAN CHARACTER LEARNING PROGRAM 


Here at Ages and Stages, we dedicate ourselves to the job that helps
working-class parents and those who are looking to further their education. We
provided affordable childcare. This business started in 2005 in a small setting
in West Baltimore. Since then, we have grown to 2 locations in the West
Baltimore Area. We are licensed professionals that provide around-the-clock
childcare.




We take pride in having more than 15 years of experience in providing
professional childcare. We " give " the children at our day-care centers the
necessary tools to prepare them for Problem Solving, Character Building and
Critical Thinking . We teach each child what the expectations look like as they
grow.... These expectations consist of character, behavior, social - emotional,
developmentally appropriate.

MEET THE OWNER AND DIRECTOR PEPPER  WILSON

Ages and Stages is a learning center founded by a young and thriving
entrepreneur, Pepper L. Wilson. She has been a care provider since the early age
of 9yrs old. Her family acknowledged her passion to help care for nieces,
nephews, younger cousins, and being around elderly family members learning to
cook.  Pepper inherited the skills of her great aunt, grandfather, mother,
father, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins and stepmother. Her family and
parents have shared many things with her, but love and understanding have been
the greatest of them all.

With this being said, it took a village to raise Pepper. We can agree that the
generation of leaders to come will take a village to raise them as well.


OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Ages and Stages, we believe that childcare in a home-like setting is the best
alternative for working parents. It provides a small, secure environment for
children during the most important time of their development. We have small
classes that give your child close and a sense of personal interaction. 





Our childcare centers offer a home away from home, providing kids with friends
of all ages. Here, they will be able to play, socialize, and learn. The goal of
Ages and Stages is to provide families with safe and quality childcare services
with help from dependable professionals.




Communication is the key to a successful childcare arrangement. Parents and
childcare providers need to have a good relationship so they can communicate and
work well together for the benefit of the child. They also need to exchange
pertinent information about the child’s life. And we are able to achieve that
verbally and electronically via internet using the Bright Wheel App. Updates and
pictures are important and understanding the child’s feelings, behavior,
well-being and most exciting moments with friends.




Our Mission Statement is to

Provide a balanced program that addresses the whole child (social, emotional,
physical and intellectual); We have created an environment for the children that
is warm and friendly and will allow them to feel free to express who they are;
Our Staff provide the necessary amount of interaction, monitoring of
development, and individualization of planning for each of the child to learn.
