ABOUT THE YOGA CLASSES

THESE YOGA CLASSES ARE FOR BEGINNERS

 If you want to try a yoga class for the first time, this is great place to
start. With the aim of accepting where you’re at now. And working together to
find a therapeutic way for you to work in each pose. Modifying some positions,
but still keeping the flow of the sequence and focus on the breath.

SOME SPACE FOR YOU

What I hope to create, is the space for you to drop some tension and feel like
you can breathe. Time out where you can restore a feeling of peace and along the
way,  build strength and flexibility in the physical body, so you can function
more comfortably in your day to day activities.

BE ACCEPTED FOR WHO YOU ARE

Be accepted for who you are and where you are at. Be open to modifications,
sometimes you need to take a step back to be able to move forward in your yoga
journey.

A flowing set sequence of poses. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the
breath with each movement. This produces a purifying sweat that detoxifies
muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body,
and a calm mind.  

MOON SEQUENCE

EASY ASHTANGA YOGA

 Moon Sequence is a grounding, de-stressing yoga routine. It counters many
habitual movements of modern life. Rounded shoulders and forward head position.
Moon sequence will run occasionally in the Sunday Class, once everyone is
familiar with the Ashtanga class.

GUIDED MEDITATION

EASY ASHTANGA YOGA

GUIDED MEDITATION

 Enjoy the incredible by-products of meditation: stress relief, a feeling of
peace, mental clarity, ability to keep calmer in stressful situations, less
agitated by minor irritations and more. 

This online/zoom session will include simple yoga exercises before and after the
meditation.

TIME TABLE

Yoga classes are held at Prue Hair Design, inside Palmers Garden Centre

SUNDAY 3PM - 4PM



Equipment is supplied (mats and blankets, blocks)

However, bring your own mat if you have one.

Bookings are essential for the first class trial.

ABOUT THE CONCESSIONS



Concessions are valid for 1 year from purchase, taking away the pressure to use
within a set time-frame. While we expect to see you regularly in class, we
understand that life sometimes gets in the way. You can come along when it suits
you and not lose your investment.

PRIVATE TUITION

$60

1 hour private tuition. By appointment only. 

This could be used as a one-off session to work out individual modifications for
those working with illness, injury or restricted range of movement.
