VIRTUAL AUDIO CABLE (VAC)

A bridge between audio applications.

Creates a "virtual cable" represented by two waveform devices, input and output,
internally connected to each other. Allows direct, bit-perfect sound transfer
between applications. Useful to record application's audio output in real time,
and save an output sound stream from applications that doesn't allow to write it
into WAV file directly. VAC allows to route, split and mix sounds in real time.
Can be used with any audio application.


AUDIO REPEATER

A small application to transfer (repeat) sounds (audio streams) from an endpoint
(device) to another.

Audio Repeater is primarily designed for Virtual Audio Cable product but can be
used independently of VAC, free of charge.


THIN AUDIO GATEWAY

A virtual audio interface based on Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) code. While VAC
creates virtual audio "pipes" called "virtual cables", to transfer from the
playback pin/endpoint to the recording one, Thin Audio Gateway creates
independent pins/endpoints and presents them to a host application from the
"back side" of normal Windows audio data exchange.


DIRECTSHOW OVER ASIO

Creates DirectShow capture and render filter for ASIO devices, allowing you to
use professional audio hardware in DirectShow graphs.


UNHIDEPOWERSETTINGS

A command (batch) file that removes "hidden" attribute (if any) from all
registered Power Plan settings. After revealing hidden settings, fine tuning is
available for either standard or user-defined power plans.


WAVEINFO

A console (command-line) utility that shows information about RIFF/WAVE (.wav)
files.


RTCOMPRESS

A simple audio recorder with real-time compression capability.


MIXERINFO

A console (command-line) utility that shows all information about given audio
mixer (a system engine that controls audio device volume, pan, internal

Old version of VAC for Win9x/NT/2k/XP/2k3, not suitable for Vista and later
systems.


PICOC/WIN32

A Win32 port of the "Pico C", very small C language interpreter.


MIDI MANUALS

Allows you to split your MIDI keyboard into two independent manuals (zones),
assign different MIDI instruments to them and play both hands at same time,
producing two-part pieces. You can't do that using popular sequencer software.


FLUSHVOL

An utility to flush file buffers from the memory to the volume (disk),
preventing data loss in case of a system crash.


SHRINKVD

A console (command-line) utility to shrink pre-allocated VMware virtual disk
files accordingly to a space really occupied by the partitions, optimizing host
(real) disk space usage.


GETPASSWORD

A console (command-line) utility to request a password from the keyboard, hiding
the input, and return it via standard output (for example, to a command/batch
file).


ARRANGECHILDREN

ArrangeChildren is intended to arrange various child windows and/or panes in
application MDI window's client area. It can be used to arrange project windows
in IDEs (integrated developer environments), such as Word, Excel, Visual Studio,
Photoshop and others.


COPYFILEFRAGM

A console (command-line) utility intended to manipulate binary file fragments
and expand/shrink files. Can extract a file fragment to another file or stdout,
write a fragment into another file in place, overwrite/expand files etc.


VMWREFRESH

An utility to use SoftICE 3.x or 4.x in Windows 2000/XP running under VMWare
4.5.1 by forcing VMWare guest window to refresh periodically.


WAVE CLONE

Windows multimedia tool to share Wave (MME) ports among several applications.
Brings a multi-client feature to any Wave device. Wave Clone is a "wave-version"
of the "MIDI multi-client add-ons" like MultiMid or Hubi's Loopback drivers.
