I have been dealing with weight issues since I was about eight or nine. My
troubles started in fourth grade. I recently discovered this calculator website
and my life turned around for good. I slowly and gradually started losing weight
and here I am now, lost almost 35 lbs in less than 7 months.

First of all, just wanna leave a huge thanks for all the work that you guys have
been doing. You gave us amazing some fitness tools, all very well explained and
without the annoying sign ups that most websites has. I've been following the
numbers from TDEE and Calorie Deficit Calculator, and it has helped me a lot
during my first cut (finished about 1 month ago at 9-8%). Now I am eating on my
TDEE level and I am planning a clean bulk. Hope the bulk phase would also be as
smooth as my cutting phase. :P

I had been trying to lose weight since the age of 9. And they told me all that I
had left was bariatric surgery. Then I discovered the miraculous Ketogenic diet.
I realised I could follow a meal plan and not feel hungry all the time. I
couldn’t believe it! But first I need to calculate my TDEE and that's when I

I starting following the calculators from this website after I saw a close
friend of mine succeed. I have been dieting all my life, I have tried every diet
out there – Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Atkins you name it. As a
last resort, I started doing my own research, went to bodybilding.com forums and
started reading the stickies and that's when I learned about TDEE & Calorie
deficit. After that I started searching for a reliable TDEE calculator and found
this gem (tried a bunch and found this to be the most accurate). Love the fact
