CASE: HV BATTERY REMANUFACTURING AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION STRATEGY


The remanufacturing of HV Batteries played a key part for the client to
establish themselves within the circular economy of the future. Following a
review, we developed a sustainability and communication strategy for external
and internal stakeholders of the HV Battery remanufacturing business. To measure
the impact of our strategy we also described the KPIs calculation and
sustainability report requirements.
