These days, the most popular fashion sims are mobile games where you dress up
Britney Spears/Kim Kardashian/a whole plethora of other celebrities in what is
essentially the exact same game, or you unlock outfits as part of a Candy
Crush-style rip-off. They stopped even longer ago though, ending with New Ghoul
in School in 2015. The Monster High games were very thin and rough around the
edges, but they at least attempted to offer a full game play experience. Fashion
Dreamer is made by the same devs and is a spiritual successor, but also, Style
Savvy is basically the only fashion simulator with any semblance of quality, and
the last one came out six years ago for the DS. Most fashion fans pointed to
Style Savvy after the Fashion Dreamer trailer dropped during the Nintendo
Direct, and that's easily the closest comparison. While I was positive on the
game, it was clear it has not had the decades of technical advancement and

Specials showcasing magicians and illusionists unfailingly pull impressive
ratings. In light of all this, it would seem TV viewers would be a tough room.
This is to say nothing of those Fox exposs on how magic tricks are done. Viewers
accustomed to trick camerawork and special effects know that it is impossible to
believe what you see. The appeal of magic on television is as baffling as Harry
Houdini’s art.

SUBNAUTICA LITHIUM SNAKE

While it does appear on the island, it is both very rare and incredibly
difficult to find. Unfortunately, this island is a terrible place to find
Lithium. Suspended at the surface of the ocean by a group of massive Floaters,
this this bizarre place is the largest naturally-occuring landmass in the entire
game. The Floating Island is one of the strangest and most breathtaking biomes
in all of Subnautica. It's easy to get lost in these massive aquatic mazes.

Nodes on a Cave wall, near a Jelly Shroom. Just find the entrance to their
"stalk" by swimming up to their top, then go inside them. Lithium crystals can
also be found inside of the Jelly Shrooms themselves. The Lithium in the Shroom
Caves is located inside Shale Harvesting Nodes, which come in plentiful
quantites (when you get to the main caves, that is). Once you've gotten in to
the Caves, it should be easy to find Lithium. Lithium in the Jelly Shroom stalks
discovered by TijlP05, here is a link to their profile in case they changed
their username: Keep an eye out for deep and dark holes in the ground, as these
often lead into Shroom Caves. The real question is, are you crazy enough to
descend to your certain death to get a material that could be gotten elsewhere
with half the risk? It's up to you to decide.Įntrances to the Jelly Shroom Caves
can be found all over the map, but especially in the Grassy Plateaus biome.
Stacks and stacks of Gold and Lithium lie around every corner, and a single trip
to this horrifying abyss should be enough to provide you with enough Lithium to
construct a Cyclops, at the very least. If you do make it back, however, you
will surely not be doing so empty-handed, for the Caves offer some of the best
loot Subnautica has to offer. A pitch-black, winding labyrinth that seems to
never end, this is a place where many go, but very few return from. If you
thought the Mushroom Forest Biome was scary (at least at night), then the Jelly
Shroom Caves are its tough, grizzled great-grandfather. The Mushroom Forest
Biome can be found towards the front/middle of the Aurora. They are found along
the floor of the biome, and on the sides of the Mushroom Trees. Lithium in the
Mushroom Forest Biome is extremely easy to find. Water Pressure (only in the
deeper parts) A Mushroom Forest can be found near there. The Mushroom Forest
biome can often be found just beyond the Grassy Plateaus biome, but if you can't
find it, try heading towards the front of the Aurora. However, it is one of the
best places to find Lithium, as the crystals themselves are spread out along the
ground and on the trees.

Inhabited by packs of haunting, ghost-like Jelly Rays and crammed full of the
towering, titular mushroom trees, the Mushroom Forest Biome is not a place you
want to hang around for too long. It is also one of the deepest, darkest, and
spookiest places in Subnautica, period. The Mushroom Forest Biome is one of the
deepest, darkest, and spookiest places to find Lithium. I hope the information
in this guide will be helpful for as long as it can, and I hope that Unknown
Worlds ends up making a fantastic game. Perhaps when it fully releases, I'll get
back into it. I'm tired of Subnautica, at least for now. I could update this
guide with more info every time an update comes out, but the fact is, I simply
don't want to.

However, in the gig economy, that $5 tip often means the driver is terribly
underpaid. Here's my brief take: From a traditional standpoint, a five-dollar
tip for $20 worth of food is more than adequate.

It's also unfair to you (assuming you're a customer). It's a messed up system
that's not fair to drivers like me. In the end, the delivery companies are the
issue. But we're not the problem for each other. For the driver, it's a question
of total compensation.Ĭustomers and Dashers are getting mad at each other over
the issue. For the customer, it's a question of tipping. How do you know what
the right amount is to tip?Īs someone who has delivered for companies like
Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and others for several years, I feel like there are
actually two different conversations happening here. That has sparked a
discussion about how much is enough and whether Dashers are too demanding. After
15 miles, the order will not be fulfilled because gas is way too high and
delivery services for food don't travel that far.How much should I tip on
Doordash? Is $5.00 enough? Is it too little?Ī video recently went viral when a
Doordash driver cussed out a customer because their five dollar tip was too low.
It can even be pre-determined in the app via filling out a form of minimum
amount required per mile, up till 15 miles away. If no one is in distance for a
certain price point, the customer will know right away. Maybe even let
doordashers type in the wage they will accept for delivering certain distances
ahead of time. Let these cheap bastards raise the price until a fair wage is
established. They will never see me unless I am already delivering food to
someone else within a mile of their house.ĭoordash should act like a broker and
tell customers when their order is being refused because their pay for tip is
too low. The other 99% are cheap, lazy pos who don't mind asking you to type in
a security code to get to the second story of their trash apartment building
because they are too lazy to even meet you to pick up there 0 tip, $2 order. You
should be going to the grocery store and making it. If you don't have enough
money to tip, maybe you shouldn't be ordering food. People who don't tip
shouldn't get deliveries. Since this is, most likely, an attempt to get more
no-tip offers delivered it will NOT be beneficial to most any dasher to accept
this program. It isn't like DD is going to pay us OT unless the government were
to step in. My tips would be a lot lower because I would have to accept a lot of
no-tip offers. Sure seems like 12.50 per hour would mean more money, right?
Maybe you are thinking my total earnings would be 534.37+693=1227.37. If I
divided my active time DoorDash pay by 42.75 hrs that comes to 11.88 per hour.
That 12.50 to 14$ per hour would be for your "active time". Rolling out a
program like this means that us dashers are doing a good job of sending a clear
message to DoorDash about their culture of cheap, money losing, offers. It isn't
your job and it isn't my job to accept offers that we are going to lose money
on. Having a program like this makes it apparent that there is a brewing problem
getting low ball offers accepted and delivered. You still get the customer tips
but, everyone knows the motivation behind this is to get more base pay runs
delivered. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that, thanks. You also can't
decline more than 2 jobs per hour, I believe. I am seeing various reports of
12.50 to 14$ per hour based on your "active time". A lot of you may be on the
fence if it is running in your market.ġ203.62 total earnings.

I know a lot of dashers already know it isn't a good idea.
