made me feel very comfortable and the time passed very quickly. I have been
coming here since Jan 2017 and I really love this place. I recommend females to
try this IPL treatment place!

Very good service — a bit of up selling here and there, but not to the extent of
hard selling. About 5 sessions in and each one is less than 30 minutes, all the
consultants are also very helpful, kind, and friendly. They are also very
attentive to whether the treatment is comfortable for the client. Had to
reschedule multiple times because of work and scheduling conflicts but they were
very understanding about it. Overall a pleasant place to go to :)

consistent care. Started from armpits & gradually to other parts of body hair.
The treatment depends on your hair thickness, skin tone & condition. I see
results to no hair / super thin fine hair.

Visited Musee’s newest outlet in novena last week just before CNY, and was very
impressed by their environment and services provided. The environment was very
pleasant and clean. The locker provided in each room, are also very high tech
and the rooms are much nicer as compared to some of their older outlets. I was
surprised to see a vanity counter as well. My therapist was Miki, and she is one
of the most caring and friendliest therapist I’ve ever had. She’ll always check
on the machine temperature and asked if it was okay for me. Honestly one of the
best experience I’ve ever had in a beauty salon, and definitely a highly
recommended hair removal salon to visit for ladies.

Angelia who made me feel right at home. The environment was beautifully

I have to say it is really a wonderful experience coming to Musee Centrepoint. I
have been coming to this outlet since Dec 2011 and ever since, I have never
wanted to switch to another outlet. The staff are very friendly and nice and
very helpful. No matter how “old” a customer I am with them, they will always
make it a point to remind me about not exercising or check if I am on any
medications before the treatment. They are really very careful in their
treatment for me and they will constantly check on me when they shave/ scan each
time. They will help to ensure that my shaver is clean before returning. I
always look forward to coming and meeting them as all the staff here are very
knowledgeable and consistent in their work. No matter which therapist are to
treat me, I know I will always be in good hands! Special mention to Eva and Miki
for their wonderful work! Thank you.

I’ve been going for their session since 2018 and their service has been
consistent, all the staff there extremely friendly at helpful. They are not
pushy with sales and very conscientious when helping me with the hair removal.
I’m at the Centrepoint outlet!

Bought a package here. Staff are very helpful & take great care of customers.
There can be selling initiatives but not hard selling like other places & they
don't make me feel uncomfortable. Overall it's a very pleasant & comfortable
experience for me. Will get another package :)

not the pushy type to sell their packages unlike other places thus I've been a
long time customer with Musee since 2016. 5⭐ Ting Ting & Noi (from Westgate
outlet) has shown me professionalism in their skills sets and they are very
knowledgeable when I threw random questions at them regarding the treatment
