AND HEALTH

The Volunteers are the first to return to Ghana following the global evacuation
during the pandemic in 2020.


U.S. GOVERNMENT PARTNERS WITH THE GOV’T OF GHANA TO SCALE UP READING PROGRAMS
NATION

Handing over of 3.7 million additional Basic 1 to Basic 3 English teaching and
learning materials, including supplementary readers to the Ministry for
Education.


U.S. SUPPORTS WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN GHANA THROUGH ACADEMY FOR WOMEN
ENTREPRENEURS

Over 80 Ghanaian women graduated from the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE),
a project funded by the U.S. government.


CONGRESSWOMAN BARBARA LEE LEADS U.S CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION TO GHANA.

The visit reaffirmed the strong partnership between the United States and Ghana.
