HEY….
I’M MIKE HOBBS

I’m a sports and rehabilitation chiropractor with extensive experience treating
runners, triathletes and other endurance athletes. I now travel the world
working with runners and running groups to help them prepare for races and am
currently the Chief Medical Officer for an international marathon team of 100+
runners competing in the New York marathon, raising over $250,000 USD to end
world hunger.

Perhaps you’re training for your first fun run, half marathon, full marathon,
ultra-marathon, trail event or triathlon. Perhaps you keep getting injured and
it’s getting frustrating. Perhaps you run simply because you love how it makes
you feel. Perhaps it’s an integral part of your physical and mental wellbeing.

I’ve been there. For me, running is a way to challenge myself, to see how far I
can push my boundaries, both physically and mentally. It’s also my meditation.
It allows me to get out of my head and into my body. When I am running, I feel
unstoppable, as though I am capable of anything. It’s a practice of
self-development, self-love and self-empowerment. When I run, I get to connect
to the Earth and with all the other people out there who also believe in their
capacity for greatness. Runners inspire me. They are extraordinary beings.

When I run, I feel my potential fully unleashed. And I believe everyone can
access this through running.

Welcome to Unleash Your Inner Runner. I hope you find the information here
useful and that you may run fearlessly as long and as far as your wildest
running dreams. I am honoured to have you here as part of my running community.
