Josh discovered his passion for flying early on, earning his pilot’s license in
high school. He continued his journey by studying aviation management at the
University of Oklahoma. Over the years, he contributed to global panels
advocating for positive changes in business practices with leading Part 135
Operators. Guided by the motto “Do the right thing…every time,” he’s built
meaningful relationships in the charter space, transforming how operations are
run today.

CFS handles your recovery sourcing whether days before departure or a
last-minute ASAP. We’ve got you covered and provide full transparency into our
process.

No out-of-pocket recovery costs

In the event the recovery is more expensive, CFS will cover up to 100% of the
original charter cost on an equal or better replacement aircraft.

The CFS support fee is collected as a percentage of the original Charter cost
based on cabin class. Low cost. Easy to understand. Predictable for you and your

in-fleet quote or your buy-price as a broker).

Once CFS promptly responds with a Support Quote and Trip Agreement, accept the
agreement and pay the support fee.

CHARTER FLIGHT SUPPORT FAQ'S

What do I receive in exchange when I purchase the CFS product?


Peace of mind and financial assurance – When mechanicals arise, CFS will cover
up to 100% of the price difference between what was originally booked and the
costs of the replacement aircraft. CFS will work closely with your team to
provide a replacement aircraft that is comparable to the same cabin class or
larger.

Example:
Original charter flight cost = $25,000
Mechanical AOG event occurs
Replacement aircraft cost = $50,000
CFS will cover 100% of the cost increase ($25,000) and the customer is not
responsible

Are the replacement aircraft and crew required to meet the same safety standards
as the original flight?

Yes – All recovery options will meet or exceed the safety standards set by the
original operator unless approved by the client. CFS will only provide recovery
options reflective of your Approved Operator List and/or DNU List.
Am I required to purchase this support for every charter trip?

No – This Aircraft Recovery Support is 100% optional for both you and the retail
customer. Your dedicated CFS Advisor will offer this support as requested on a
per trip basis. You may select support as desired.
What if my plans change and the trip is canceled entirely prior to departure
date?

The CFS fee is fully refundable in this situation – The CFS Support Fee is
separate from your contract with the Operator and the Terms and Conditions for
that specific trip. You may be subject to other charter cancellation fees other
than CFS, but the CFS product is entirely refundable.
