member of our support team can then view your desktop & share control of your
mouse and keyboard to assist you in correcting your issue. You are in full
control of your computer at all times. You will always have overriding control
of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any
time. The remote agent will be automatically uninstalled once our session has
completed.
