MEMORABLE STAY
I have stayed in W Shanghai from the 7 Nov - 11 Nov. Arrived in Shanghai in
the morning and was checked in smoothly thanks to Ms Fela Wang.
I greatly appreciate that I was upgraded with my platinum status. View from
the room was amazing overlooking the pearl tower. Rooms are also very well
maintained and the housekeeping is one of the cleanest and neatest I have
experienced.
All the staff from various departments throughout the hotel is very
hospitable and went all out to make my stay very memorable. From “Welcome”
to “Whatever Whenever” to “Woobar” and the concierge. Great staff!
I would definitely love to stay in W Shanghai again! Highly recommend !

A RELATIVELY PLEASANT STAY AT W SHANGHAI
As someone who was staying at W Hotel for the very first time, I was
naturally excited and the view of the city skyline and the Bund was
spectacular! The room was clean and spacious and the majority of the staff
was young and friendly. Paid for breakfast (268 Rmb) and the selection was
impressive but nothing really stood out and made me want to eat more.
Overall a mildly pleasant stay at this “fun” hotel but not sure if I would
choose W as my go to hotel for my next holiday.

THE PLACE TO FEEL SPECIAL
If you want to feel that you are the most important person in the world, go
to W Shanghai- The Bund. From the time i got picked up from the PVG
airport, to the moment I left, the staff made me feel so special. The rooms
are always impeccable. I did not have cash, but wanted to tip the "room
stylist" for a wonderful job everytime. They asked me how i want my room,
and they delivered!

UNIQUE DESIGN, LUXURY EXPERIENCE WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE
The hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in and we would be back!
Corner room was not cheap but worth every penny for the view and ambiance.
Service excellent throughout and a lovely restaurant and two great bars.
The view from the wet bar is second to none at night time. We had an
amazing time and highly recommend this hotel. Best breakfast selection we
have found so far!
