Biomed Site Lead




JOB DESCRIPTION

The Biomedical Site Lead is responsible for the daily supervision of daily
biomedical activities for our client in Odessa, TX. You may also serve as a
technical advisor for the hospital safety committee, equipment selection
committee, and facility planning committee and/or other formal hospital
committees as requested by the customer.





Your role:

 * Supervise and coordinate biomedical team daily work activities and schedules
   to maximize productivity and efficiency.
 * Perform preventive, corrective, and electrical safety maintenance on both
   high risk and non-high risk biomedical equipment)
 * Assist with identifying training needs and coordinating technical and
   on-the-job training for team members in support of improved team performance
   and development.
 * Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will help to
   meet the needs of the customer.



You're the right fit if:

 * Ability to be onsite at our client in Odessa, TX.
 * Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
 * 5+ years of biomedical engineering experience, or equivalent education and
   experience
 * Broad mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting and repair skills.  Proficient
   use of associated tools and test equipment.
 * May need to have and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving
   record (if position travels between sites).
 * You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical,
   Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
   for this Field Service position
