Shaken Leaf is a project that aims to help bartender around the world to become
more sustainable.

WHO ARE WE ?

This project is driven by The Cambridge Public House's Team. Ranked 38th Worlds
Best Bar in 2023, we are always in seek of helping our community. This project
is the latest evolution of this vision.

THE ORIGIN OF SHAKEN LEAF.

Shaken Leaf was born in 2023 while we were developing The Cambridge Community
Plan. It's our way of sharing what we've learned about sustainability with the
world.

OUR MISSION.

Our mission is to make sustainable practices accessible and straightforward for
bartenders everywhere, helping them create a more eco-friendly industry.
