DOES THE JASON YATES FAMILY RECEIVE

SPECIAL TREATMENT FROM UPS?

Jason Yates is the Teamsters Local 406 Union Steward for Saginaw’s United Parcel
Service union employees.

Brandon Yates (Jason's son) was hired by UPS just after he was fired for
stealing from his former employer.

Brandon Yates got into a Tier Three accident and according to his father (Jason
Yates) he has never been in trouble with UPS.

Brandon Yates broke the windshield of a package car when he had a package on the
dash and hit a bump. According to his father (Jason Yates), he has never been in
trouble with UPS (in cab distraction).

Brandon Yates was sent to the UPS Drivers’ School when other employees with more
seniority were not allowed to go.

Brandon Yates signed a CPU bid sheet and won the bid. The wording on the CPU bid
sheet was changed to exclude most drivers and favoring Brandon. This bid sheet
was initialed by Jason Yates.

Brittany Yates (Jason's daughter) was hired by UPS as an OMS (management
position).

Brad Wyman (Brittany's finance at the time, who was  the 406 Union Steward where
Branden Yates was fired from)  was hired off the street as a full time Feeder
Driver by UPS when Package Car Drivers wanted this position.

Jeff Yates (Jason's twin brother) was hired as a part time employee when UPS put
Jeff as a Pre-loader. UPS took a senior Pre-loader off her pull and gave the
pull to Jeff so he could load Jason Yates’s car.

Danette Yates (Jason's wife) is an Air Driver.  Jason is allowing Air Driver's
to handle ground packages which is a violation of our contract. This practice is
allowing Air Drivers to get lots of overtime (easy money). UPS should hire full
time drivers and even out the loads.

When I tried to recall Jason Yates for the Brad Wyman ordeal,  Center Manager
Ryan Wildeman told me to stop talking about the Yates' and he was serious.
Later, UPS Labor Manager Tim Krieger told me if I do not stop talking about the
Yates, he could put cameras in the parking lot and catch me stealing time with
my trucker buddies.

If this does not look like special treatment wait until you see the details from
Brandon’s Tier Three crash.
