CELESTE HEADLEE

Celeste Headlee is an internationally recognized journalist and radio host,
professional speaker and author of bestselling book We Need To Talk: How To Have
Conversations That Matter and Do Nothing: How to Break Away from Overworking,
Overdoing, and Underliving.  Her latest is Speaking of Race: Why Everyone Needs
to Talk About Racism and How to Do It. Her TEDx Talk, 10 Ways to Have a Better
Conversation, has been viewed over 34 million times.

In her 20-year career in public radio, Celeste has been the Executive Producer
of On Second Thought at Georgia Public Broadcasting and anchored programs
including Tell Me More, Talk of the Nation, Here and Now, All Things Considered,
and Weekend Edition. She also served as co-host of the national morning news
show, The Takeaway, from PRI and WNYC, and anchored presidential coverage in
2012 for PBS World Channel. Celeste is a regular guest host on NPR and American
Public Media. She is the host of Newsweek’s “Debate” podcast, and hosts a
podcast for the National Gallery of Art called “Sound Thoughts on Art.” She is
also the host of “Women Amplified,” a podcast from the Conferences for Women,
the largest network of women’s conferences in the nation, drawing more than
50,000 people to its annual events.

Celeste is also the president and CEO of Headway DEI, a non-profit that works to
bring racial justice and equity to journalism and media through targeted
training and interventions, and she serves on the board for the National Center
of Race Amity. Celeste is the granddaughter of composer William Grant Still,
known as the Dean of Black American Composers and she is a trained operatic
soprano. She lives in the DC area with rescue dog, Samus.



GENEFA MURPHY

Genefa Murphy is the Chief Marketing Officer for Five9. With over 15 years of
global experience in the field of technology from consulting to product
management, strategy, and marketing, she is an accomplished leader and has led
worldwide teams in creating and executing compelling and effective go-to-market
strategies and campaigns. She is a passionate business executive, with
experience across various IT domains.

Prior to Five9, Genefa was the SVP and CMO for Micro Focus, a multi-billion
dollar enterprise software company. In this role, she led her team through the
separation from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, acquisition into Micro Focus and the
subsequent transformation of the marketing and enablement teams. She also helped
transform the underlying marketing tech stack, helping deliver scale and
exceptional ROI for the company, its customers and partners. Genefa previously,
held various global roles across products, marketing, enablement and
communications at HPE and HP. She is also an active supporter of Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion and helped launch Micro Focus’s Corporate Social
Responsibility Program, INSPIRE. As executive sponsor she spearheaded the
INSPIRE20 podcast series to help create awareness of DE&I initiatives within
global enterprises.

Genefa holds a BSc in Business IT and a PhD, which focused on the intersection
of technology and sociology in determining technology adoption in the
enterprise. Genefa has been recognized as a global CMO of the year and CRN Woman
of the Channel for her contributions to the partner and channel eco-system.



PAUL CHAVEZ

Paul Chavez is Head of Analytics and Insights at Google Canada, with a focus on
the finance and travel verticals. In this role, he leads a team of analytical
and insights practitioners who are responsible for proving and maximizing the
impact of Google advertising solutions on clients’ business objectives. His team
has deep expertise in first-party data activation, better marketing measurement,
and consumer and industry insights. In nearly 10 years at Google, he has held
both sales and analytical roles across the finance, travel, telecom and retail
verticals. Before Google, Paul held a number of positions at RBC Capital Markets
in the equity research, mergers & acquisitions and investment banking divisions.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the
University of Toronto.



CARRIE LIKEN

Carrie Liken is the Head of Industry for Healthcare at Yext, where she is the GM
of the business and leads Product, Strategy and go-to-market for the vertical.
For almost 20 years, she has built an expertise in healthcare and technology and
most recently joined Yext from Google, having founded their healthcare team to
help organizations better understand the patient journey, digital’s impact on
patient acquisition, and how to drive increased revenue and sales through
digital channels. She has regularly been quoted in media, including Forbes and
Business Insider, and regularly speaks across the country on topics related to
healthcare and technology.



JAY CALAVAS

Jay Calavas heads up Vertical Products at Tealium and is responsible for
designing and delivering vertical specific solutions across key industries. 
Over the last 11 years Jay has held a number of roles across product and sales
at Tealium.  He helped create the Customer Data Platform space and continues to
innovate within the MarTech industry.



AMBER WELCH

Amber Welch oversees digital marketing and platforms for Ochsner Health
including our external andinternal web presence, paid advertising strategy,
social media program, online reputation management and marketing analytics.
Whether working with her team to optimize the consumer experience on the
Ochsner.org website or fostering patient engagement and loyalty through high
value content, Amber’s goal is to drive conversions and empower the online
health seeker to manage their care. With over a decade of experience in digital
marketing and content, Amber thrives on using data, behavioral trends and
technology to find new ways to convert consumers in an ever-changing online
landscape.

Amber joined Ochsner in 2011 and has been managing Ochsner’s digital content
program and web presence since 2013. She received her Master of Science in
Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in both
English and Spanish from the University of California at Santa Barbara.



CHRISTEN CASTELLANO

Christen is the Vice President of the Customer Experience Channels at Banner
Health. The Customer Experience Channels team is focused on creating customer
connections at scale. To create scale, Christen has leadership responsibility
for launching and managing several critical digital capabilities: including,
online scheduling; email & text messaging; and telephony with customer
relationship management (CRM) capabilities and workforce management technologies
to move towards an integrated experience for customers and patients, and
sustained growth for clinical teams. Under her leadership, her 900-member team
is responsible for nearly 100 million inbound and outbound customer contacts
annually in the messaging, phone, and digital, self-serve channels.



KEVIN KING

Kevin King is the Director of Digital at Christian Brothers Automotive, a
leading automotive repair franchise. He brings over a decade of digital
marketing and advertising experience to his role at Christian Brothers, where he
is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for over 250
franchise locations.



BEN HADLEY

Benjamin Hadley is the founder of Auto Genius, a community of high-growth
dealership marketing professionals that finds gaps and develops new technology
to solve problems. Their latest project Koons.com is the fastest website in
automotive and the only known website to pass Google's core web vitals. He has
been in automotive for over a decade and has helped thousands of dealerships
maximize their sales efforts by optimizing the collaboration of their marketing
channels with their in-store sales process. He is a master at connecting dots
others miss.

Anna Jefferis-Lewis is the President & COO of Intelsio Inc.



JEFF DICHTER

Jeff brings more than 6 years of digital marketing experience and currently
leads the growth marketing team at Byte, a DTC clear invisible braces company.
Jeff has now led marketing teams at two billion dollar brands (TrueCar and
Byte). Prior to marketing, Jeff was an investment banker for a Financial
Technology firm in New York.



NOAH BROOKS

Noah is the manager of analytics and strategy at University Hospitals, one of
the nation’s leading health care systems with over 200 locations and 30,000
employees. With over a decade of experience in several industries, he is tasked
with using technology to reduce friction in the patient journey, measuring the
impact of marketing efforts and delivering actionable insights.



MARK LOOVIS

Mark leads marketing technology strategy and operations oversight.  Mark’s
responsibilities include developing DIRECTV’s future technology stack, managing
the AdTech infrastructure, implementing audience capabilities in media and
ecommerce, and connecting online and offline touchpoints. Mark currently lives
in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Madison. In his spare
time, he enjoys cheering on FC Dallas, struggles with his love/hate relation
with Texas Tech fandom, tirelessly works to make his yard as green as it can be,
and dreams of one day being on Survivor.



MARK ROBLEZ

Mark has an extensive background in both sales and customer service Call
Centers.  He was in charge of all sales activities for a $400 million industrial
distribution company, a leading national distributor of safety supplies, the
largest U.S. manufacturer of golf cart parts and accessories, as well as a
company that provided sales leads and software for the construction industry. 
All of these companies drove the majority of their sales through Call Centers.
Mark is currently in charge of a sales Call Center for Moneysolver, a national
financial services company based in Jacksonville, Florida that was recognized as
one of the “Best Places to Work in Jacksonville, FL” for in 2021.



TIM MOGLER

Tim Mogler possesses over 20 years of experience in Marketing & CX in both the
Insurance and Financial services industries. As a Senior Account Manager for
Mutual of Omaha, Tim is known for increasing customer loyalty and driving
buyer-centric marketing campaigns in the Senior Health Insurance products
category.



JEN LOVETTE

Passionate about the customer experience and earning customer loyalty, Jennifer
has 20 years of experience developing and scaling global customer success
organizations for major enterprise software and marketing services players.

Lovette was most recently Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Chief of
Staff at Imperva where she scaled the global customer success strategy, leading
a team responsible for 5,500 customers and $275M in support revenue. She was
instrumental in embedding customer focus across the organization while
operationalizing repeatable, measurable growth motions across diverse business
and product lines.



NATHAN ZIV

Nathan has over 15 years of experience as a product growth leader, driving
enterprise product development for marketing and advertising technology software
companies. Prior to joining Invoca, Nathan was Director of Product Management at
Adconion Direct, acquired by Amobee / Singapore Telecom in 2014. As an original
member of the product team, Nathan helped Adconion Direct grow into a top-10
global advertising network serving Fortune 500 companies in 20+ countries.

Nathan earned his BA from Boston College.



SANDY PELL

Sandy Pell is the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at Invoca, where she
brings more than 15 years of experience working in high-growth-turned-enterprise
SaaS and corporate communications. Before joining Invoca, Sandy was the head of
corporate communications at Vidyard, where she propelled the startup's growth
into a globally-recognized provider of video hosting, management, and creation
tools. Sandy also led public relations and corporate communications at Hootsuite
during its transformation from a 30-person garage startup into a global
enterprise leader with more than 1,000 employees.

In 2019, the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Waterloo
selected Sandy as the Communicator of the Year for her work within the public
relations industry. In 2015, the C100 selected Sandy as one of Canada's Top 20
TechWomen. Sandy was also recognized as one of Canada's 'Top 30 Under 30 in PR'.
In her spare time, Sandy paints large-scale commercial murals with her husband.



ZACH HENDRIX

Texan native, California transplant. 20+ year auto experience with a background
and passion for automotive marketing, technology and the people who support it.
Focused on bridging the gaps between the Tier 1-3 customer experience via
conversation intelligence for marketing, digital retailing, sales enablement and
better consumer experiences.



IAN DAILEY

Ian brings more than 15 years of SaaS and marketing service experience to his
role leading the product and customer marketing functions at Invoca. Prior to
joining Invoca, Ian held various marketing and partnership roles at ad tech
pioneer Rocket Fuel (now Zeta Global). Ian holds an MBA from the University of
Michigan.



GREGG JOHNSON

Gregg is a seasoned digital marketing and SaaS leader, with over 15 years of
extensive experience bringing products to market in emerging categories, leading
large teams, and working with the world’s best enterprise brands. Most recently,
Gregg led Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s social marketing product line, where he
integrated $1 billion of M&A investments into the Salesforce product portfolio.

Prior to that he drove product strategy and development for Salesforce Chatter,
helping define the nascent category of enterprise social networking and rolling
out one of Salesforce's most successful products. Earlier in his career, Gregg
was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and worked in sales, marketing and
product roles at several startups.

He graduated from Stanford University and holds a Master’s degree from Johns
Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA from the Wharton
School of Business.



GRANT BURCHFIELD

Grant Burchfield is the AVP of Partnerships & Alliances at Invoca. With over 15
years of experience in international expansion strategies, he is considered a
subject matter expert on leveraging partnerships to help organizations achieve
their growth objectives, both domestically and abroad. Grant holds a J.D. in
International Contractual Law and M.B.A. in International Finance from Saint
Louis University.



STACEY WATKINS

Stacey is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Invoca. One of her favorite
parts of her job is talking to other marketers about the power — and revenue
potential — of call tracking and conversational analytics and how it can affect
a business’s bottom line. She is based in Santa Barbara, Ca and prior to her
position at Invoca, Stacey held product marketing and content roles at LogMeIn,
Citrix and Commission Junction.



BLAIR SYMES

Blair Symes is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Invoca. With over 20
years experience in marketing and a decade in conversation intelligence, Blair
is considered a leading expert on driving call conversions from search and
digital marketing. He is the author of hundreds of ebooks and articles on
marketing optimization and a frequent presenter on webinars and at events hosted
by Digital Marketing Depot, SMX, AdWeek, MarketingProfs, and more.



ALYSSA CROLEY

Alyssa Croley is the Director of Account Management at Invoca where she leads
expansion initiatives and drives strategic growth within the Financial Services
client base. Alyssa is passionate about utilizing the intersection of technology
to help organizations achieve their growth objectives and create process
efficiencies throughout sales and marketing. With nearly 10 years of experience
and a background in marketing and psychology, she is naturally curious and
driven to understand customer needs and create strategic solutions to solve
them.



BILL HYATT

Bill Hyatt, Invoca’s Sr. Director of Sales Engineering, is an industry expert
who is passionate about all things conversation intelligence, call tracking and
real-time integrations. With over two decades of experience leveraging business
insights to help customers drive positive business impact, Bill (AKA “The
Professor”) is Invoca’s go-yo source for demonstrating the power of Invoca’s
conversation intelligence platform.



JEN BASSIK

Jennifer Bassik is the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Invoca, where she
leads new go-to-market opportunities with key verticals and strategic
partnerships. Jen has held previous marketing roles in adtech, agencies, brands,
and digital media. She is naturally curious about the intersection of
technology, innovation, and storytelling. Outside of work, Jen is equally
passionate about food, cooking, and community engagement. Jen is an active
member of the female executive organization, Chief, and currently serves as
president of the Associate Board of Gilda's Club Chicago. She and her husband
are both Iowa Hawkeyes and live in Chicago with their two daughters.



HALEY CREED

Haley is a vibrant Customer Success Manager with a decade of experience as an
educator. At her heart, Haley is a story teller and utilizes her film degree
from Chapman University to convey content in creative and unconventional ways.
She strives to  build strong connections and find out-of-the-box solutions both
in the SAAS space and life.



KYLE PAKLAIAN

Kyle Paklaian is a Sr. Solutions Engineer focused on taking a results-first
approach to helping people apply technology to achieve their business goals. He
is a translator between business value and technical requirements. With
experience in solutions architecture, implementation, and support Kyle has deep
familiarity with what drives success throughout all stages within the customer
lifecycle. Kyle holds a BSBA in Information Technology & Marketing from
Marquette University and is certified in Full-Stack Web Development from
Northwestern University.
