Who designs your bouquets and where are they made?

+

We have an amazing team of in-house floral professionals in our warehouse in
Mississauga, Canada who design our bouquets, making sure each bouquet is unique
and more importantly long lasting! If a custom order is requested, you can count
on our team to make that happen for you with your choice of colors and flowers!

Where do your flowers come from?

+

We receive a wide and abundant variety of flowers each week from all over the
world! We have flowers delivered locally from all parts of Ontario, Ecuador and
Columbia to create beautiful and unique bouquets for that special someone in
your life!

How long do the everlastings stay preserved?

+

When the recipient is gifted our beautiful everlasting arrangements, they are
provided with care instructions to ensure they last for the given 2 years.
Ensure they are handled with care and are following the recommended room
temperature being 18 - 33 degree Celsius. Make sure they are not being watered
and avoid direct sunlight.

What is the stem length of the flowers?

Stem length varies depending on flower type. For instance, ranunculus are small
and delicate flowers with shorter stems, while lilies have thick stems and can
be much taller. On average stem length will be about 18-19 inches. Roses will
typically fall right in this range.

What is the best bouquet to order my wife for our anniversary?

Great questions! At Bloomen we have a whole selection dedicated to those special
occasions selected in house by our team which would fit perfectly for any
occasion you are looking for. Just scroll to the bottom of our site and find the

How do I care for the flowers after it has been delivered?

Flowers care instructions and a food packet will be provided upon delivery.
Please ensure to check the box the arrangement is delivered in remember to
change the vase water every 2 – 3 days. 

Why are my lilies closed upon delivery?

Since these flowers are so fresh, they will likely be closed upon delivery. 
Flowers may take up to 5-7 days to blossom from the date of delivery. We want
our recipients to enjoy the process of these beautiful lilies opening in their
home!


What if the person has allergies?

+

Let us know at checkout or email us at admin@bloomen.ca so we can accommodate.
But listen, if it is like a life threateningly serious allergy, let us know
directly. If we think it is not possible to keep your blooms 100% allergy free,
we do reserve the right to decline your order.

Does my arrangement come with a vase?

+

You will need to purchase a vase separately. Once you click on the bouquet you
like, a pop up for an add on will pop up which will allow you to choose our vase
feature!

Can I still place an order if I want delivery next month?

+

Of course, you can! If you see a bouquet that is in stock that you like, go
ahead, and place your order and we will have it ready for that date!

Will my order look like the picture?

+

Yes! With our professional in-house designers, the bouquets will look identical
to the pictures, however, as mentioned in our terms and conditions, we do have a
substitution policy if the flowers or vase are not available.


Please note: Vases are not included in the order and will need to be purchased
separately.

How big are the hydrangeas?

Our average our length of our bouquet is 15in x 10in. Depending on our stem
length that is shipped from our supplier. 

What are the seasonal bouquets Bloomen provides?

+

The most popular seasonal bouquets at Bloomen are our beautiful Tulip
arrangements as well as our Sunflowers! Our tulips are available between
November – May (depending on the season this may vary). Our Sunflowers are
available August to late October. We also carry Money and Snake plants along
with phalaenopsis orchids for a limited time. Be sure to check our website!

DELIVERY

What if my delivery is to a business and it closes at a specific time?

+

Not a problem! Please send an email to admin@bloomen.ca and specify that your
order is being delivered to a business, and we will try our best to have it
delivered before the closing time. For more information, please call us at 1
(844)-256-6636, or you may visit our website and speak to our live agent.

What if no one is at the condo/ apartment to receive the package?

+

In the very unlikely event that no one is there to receive the package, we will
leave it at the doorstep if permitted to go up to the recipient’s unit or we
will leave it with the concierge/security if they accept perishable items. We
will even have our driver take proof of delivery pictures to confirm it has been
delivered so you know it has reached its destination!

What if the concierge/ security does not accept the delivery?

In the case of the concierge not accepting the delivery, we will try our best to
get in contact with you or the recipient. In the event we are not able to reach
both sender or recipient, the arrangement will be brought back to our location
to keep the arrangement fresh. We will reattempt to deliver the arrangement the
following business day, however, an additional delivery fee of $25.00 will be
required. We always recommend our customers to provide the best contact number
so our team can get in touch and change the location of delivery if need be!

Do you deliver each day of the week including the weekends?

Yes, we deliver EVERYDAY including the weekends! We operate 365 days a year,
which includes New years, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day,
Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Boxing Day


When can I expect my order to be delivered?

+

Here at Bloomen you get to choose between two delivery time frames. You can
choose for your order to be delivered within our morning slot of 9:00 a.m. -
5:00 p.m. or evening slot of 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.! We let you choose the time
frame that works best for you, as we do not do specific timed deliveries.

How is your service different than going to the corner deli and picking up cheap
flowers after work?

Our flowers are so fresh, they are not even fully bloomed yet! That means they
last longer. The flowers can last up to weeks when cared for. Our flowers are
kept fresh in a cold cooler and are made the day of delivery.

What if my order is delayed?


+

We try to avoid delayed deliveries as much as we can, however, with the on-going
multiple events in Toronto or uncontrollable weather conditions, delays may be
inevitable, but we do assure you, your order will be delivered on the desired
day!

Do offer same day delivery!

+

Yes! We are so happy we can help our customers with those last-minute flower
arrangements! Order online by 11:00 a.m., Monday to Sunday for delivery between
our 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., slot, or order before 3:00 p.m., and have your order
delivered between our 5:00 p.m., slot!

Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

Currently we do not guarantee specific time delivery. Order online by 11:00
a.m., Monday to Sunday for delivery between our 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., slot, or
order before 3:00 p.m., and have your order delivered between our 5:00 p.m.,
slot!

Can I provide special instructions for my order?

+

Prior to checkout there is a special delivery instructions box. Make sure to
include a contact number for our driver and let us know if the delivery is to a
basement, side door or if there is a dog on premise etc.

Do you deliver to my city?

+

Click here to see where we deliver. Shipping fees may apply for certain areas
outside of Toronto surrounding areas.

I need my order to remain anonymous, will my information be sent with the order?

No, your information will not be sent to the recipient. When placing the order,
you will be given the option to send a message card, where you may write
whatever you desire. We do not recommend our customers to send anonymous gifts
as we are obliged, if requested by the recipient, to give out the sender's name.
In order to avoid causing distress to the recipient, we recommend against
sending anonymous orders.
Please note and consider whether the recipient will consider this criminal
harassment, or "stalking".

How long can my message card be?

As of right now we have a limit of 255 characters, but if you would like to
include a longer message, you may email admin@bloomen.ca and our team will
update the message to your order!

Oh no, I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?

Do not worry, we are here to help! Luckily there are multiple sources to have
your order corrected! Have your order number ready and give us a call at 1
(844)-256-6636, or you may visit our website and speak to our live agent or send
us an email at admin@bloomen.ca. Just ensure to contact us before your order is
dispatched for delivery!

Can I place my order over the phone?

We are currently online based only, but if you are having trouble placing your
order online you may contact 1 (844)-256-6636 and our team will be ready to
assist in placing your order online. We are available Monday to Sunday between
the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

You are not answering my phone and I need help now!

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

This is our most frequently asked question! Once your order has been dispatched
for delivery you will receive two emails. One being your order is currently in

Do you deliver to the hospital?

Yes, we do. However, before placing the order, ensure the hospitals allow
perishable items to be delivered. You will also need to provide the recipients
full legal first and last name so our driver is able to locate them when
delivering. Due to some covid restrictions 

How do I know the funeral order will be delivered before the service?

Funeral arrangements will always take priority at Bloomen. Our office
administration team will contact you and the funeral home to ensure the best
date and time for the arrangement to be delivered. 

Who will deliver my bouquet?

Our bouquets are picked up and delivered every day by our dedicated team of
drivers, who ensure a safe delivery to your recipients’ doorstep!

Can you send me a picture of my order before you send it out?

+

Unfortunately, no as the bouquets are made fresh the morning of delivery! Once
the bouquets are prepared, they are ready to be dispatched and out for delivery.
Once your order is delivered you will receive pictures along with an email
confirmation of the delivery.

What Payment options do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment from major credit cards being Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. You can also save your credit card information to your
Bloomen account, for a faster checkout the next time you purchase with us!

How do I get confirmation of my order and will the recipient receive a receipt
as well?

Absolutely not, the recipient will not receive a receipt. Once your order is
successfully submitted online, you will immediately receive a receipt with your
order number on your web browser screen. You will then receive an email of your
receipt to the e-mail address that you used when placing your order. We often
receive questions from our customer that an e-mail receipt was not received, it
is often found sitting in a customer’s spam/junk mail folder. Receipts are
emailed from info@bloomen.ca. 

I no longer want to proceed with my order, can I get a refund?

We are sorry you no longer want to proceed with your order! Email us at
admin@bloomen.ca to request a refund. Refunds are processed if requested 24
hours prior to the delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds to
be processed back into your account. Please note: Refunds will not be permitted
if your delivery is scheduled to be dispatched on the same date of request. We
do, however, allow customers to change the date of delivery or provide a store
credit to make the process smoother.

Is there a shipping charge?

We charge $4.99 in the GTA and $9.99 in any of the surrounding areas! 

Where can I enter in my promo code?

On the final page of checkout, there will be a text that reads “Coupon". Enter
the promo code you want to use in this box and your order will automatically
apply the discount.

Where can I find a discount code or current promotions Bloomen is offering?

We always post our promotions on different platforms; subscribe to our email
list when you set up your Bloomen account; and ensure to follow Bloomen on our

Do you add a ribbon to the bouquets?

Yes, we certainly do! Each bouquet is tied with our customized ribbon, based on
your gift. We have ribbons for all occasions From Sympathy, Anniversary,
Birthdays, Thank You, Seasonal Greetings, Mothers Day, Valentines Day and even
Get Well!

Can you create a custom order for me?

Absolutely we can! Contact our team at admin@bloomen.ca or call us at 1
(844)-256-6636 and tell us what flowers you want your bouquet to consist of and
how you want it to look, and we will try our best to accommodate your request!
Our custom bouquets all vary in prices, so call us today and let us walk you
through it all!

Can you send me a brochure or email me when your products are on sale?

Although we do not send brochures, we do send weekly and monthly newsletters. So
be sure to subscribe to our emails and stay on top of our latest deals and
promotions!

Are there any offers for first time customers?

For our first-time customers you can receive a discount by signing up to our
newsletter which gives you a percentage off your total. 

What are subscriptions and how do they work?

Did you ever forget your anniversary or your best friend’s birthday! Tragic
right? Well with Bloomen’s subscription box you will never have to worry about
forgetting again! We will remember for you! You can set up a subscription to
have a beautiful arrangement set up weekly, bi weekly, monthly or even yearly!
Just pick a start date, how often you want them delivered and the bouquet size
you want (small, medium, or large). Its that easy! For more information call our

What is your satisfaction guaranteed?

While we strive to always deliver beautiful fresh blooms, flowers are
unpredictable by nature. We know it is possible that Bloomen will not be perfect
100% of the time, but we always want our customers to have a perfect experience.
We stand behind our customers and want to make sure you are happy with Bloomen
and our flowers! This means we will provide an equivalent store credit or
replacement when appropriate.

I am trying to place and order but your website is not working, can you help me?

Most likely, you may just need to clear your caches and cookies, which you can
do by clicking on the history tab.

I do not know what to get my recipient, can I come in and purchase a gift card?

We are online based only, but good news, you can still most definitely purchase
a gift card! Click on our search engine and type in “gift cards.” Click on the
first link and proceed with the amount you would like to gift. You will have the
option of choosing between $40.00 - $100.00. You will receive an email
notification of the gift card which you can then forward to your recipient. If
you do not receive an email notification, please check your spam/junk folder. 

Will my gift card expire?

Nope! Our gift cards are valid until you are ready to make your purchase with
us!

How can I redeem my gift card?

When you are at checkout, it will prompt you to enter in a discount code. You
may then input the digits and the gift card will automatically be applied to
your order

Why does the price of the bouquet keep changing?

Due to the inflation, the prices may vary, and quantities may be limited.

How big is the teddy bear?

+

The style and size may vary as our supplier have limited quantities on the item
available. 

What Chocolate brand do you use and how big are they?

We use everyone’s favourite Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate! You can select a small
box of chocolates at 36g or a big box of chocolates at 156g. Take your pick as
these chocolates would add additional sweetness to the recipient’s gift! 

Can you pre order a sold-out item?

Unfortunately, you cannot! Sometimes the flowers may not be in season at the
time, however we do replenish our store every weekend, so check back later or
email admin@bloomen.ca and find out when our bouquets will be back in stock!

Do you do wedding flowers?

+

OMG YES! We love helping our beautiful couples with their wedding florals! We
offer many items such as, bouquets for the bride and her wedding party,
boutonnières, corsages, centrepieces, garlands, hairpieces, fresh floral
jewelry, and flower petals.

How do I place an order for my wedding?

Its easy! Just send an email to brides@bloomen.ca, and one of our wedding
consultants will get back to you within 24 hrs! Become a Bloomen Bride Today,

When should I place my wedding order?

You should place your order as soon as you find out your date! Once we have an
idea as to what you want, we will ensure we have the flowers in stock! A 50%
deposit will be required to secure your flowers and date.
