MY XFINITY MOBILE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the general terms and conditions of subscribing to
Xfinity Mobile services. You accepted this agreement during signup as part of
becoming a customer.




DEVICE PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

If you're financing your device, the agreement available here is a generic
version of that contract. Once your device ships, a real one is emailed with
specifics including model, color, sku and cost.




ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Comcast's goal is to provide you with the best mobile voice, messaging and data
services possible. This policy covers all Xfinity Mobile products and services
and is intended for typical consumer use.




XFINITY MOBILE BROADBAND DISCLOSURES

Comcast's Xfinity Mobile utilizes Wi-Fi service – both Xfinity WiFi and Wi-Fi
provided by other Internet Service Providers. This disclosure describes the
network management practices and controls of our carrier partner’s mobile
broadband Internet access service network.




E-SIGN ACT DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT

The E-SIGN Act describes the terms and conditions for providing you written
notices, disclosures or contracts electronically as well as to use electronic
signatures.




XFINITY MOBILE PROTECTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There may be different or additional Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan terms based
on your state - your specific terms and conditions will be included in your
Welcome Kit. For an Apple device, refer to the Apple Devices Service Contract,
Technology Insurance Protection Certificate and Upgrade documents. For an
Android device, refer to the Android Devices Service Contract, Technology
Insurance Protection Certificate and Upgrade documents.




XFINITY MOBILE PROTECTION PLAN PAPERLESS CONSENT

The Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan Paperless Consent disclosure describes how
your Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan Terms and Conditions, and all other related
communications, will be delivered electronically. The disclosure also describes
technical requirements and how to withdraw consent, update your records and
request paper copies.




XFINITY MOBILE EARLY DEVICE UPGRADE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document includes the terms and conditions of the Xfinity Mobile Early
Device Upgrade Program that apply to your early device upgrade transaction. Your
participation in the program is your agreement to the terms and conditions
outlined in this document.




XFINITY MOBILE TRADE-IN PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document includes the terms and conditions of the Xfinity Mobile Trade-In
Program that apply to your Trade-In transaction. Your participation in the
program is your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.




WIFI CALLING

This agreement constitutes the general terms and conditions of using the WiFi
Calling service. You accepted this agreement during setup as part of enabling
