If your selection is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and an
order will be placed that will be dispatched to you within four to six weeks.

Each piece is lovingly handmade in our studios in Zimbabwe and in Mauritius. We
promise it will be worth the wait! The pieces are then packaged with great care
and shipped to you.

At Patrick Mavros, everything is charmingly human. Here nothing is automated.

If you shop at our online store, your order lands on Alexander Mavros’ desk and
is given to our concierge to complete.

Every piece is personally selected and polished by hand, it is then wrapped in
our signature wrapping paper adorned with silver foil elephants, crowned with a
colourful silk bow, and bestowed with a handwritten optional gift message and
prepared for shipping.

All with care and sincere thanks for your support. Each owner of a Patrick
Mavros piece is part of our wider family so please keep in touch as we love to
hear what adventures it gets up to over the years.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you
need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so.
Exchanges for purchases made between 1st November 2023 and 24th December
2023 will be accepted until 31st January 2024.

Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us by
emailing weborders@patrickmavros.com

All items should be returned new, unused and in original Patrick Mavros
packaging.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing
the order, less any shipping costs, international taxes or import duties
incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal
account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card
associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a free
certificate of postage from a courier company of your choice, as we can only be
responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store. We can
also arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel. You will need to be
at the provided address to hand over the parcel, and there is a charge for this
service.

As the responsibility for international customs duties and local VAT/GST
(outside of the EU) lie with the customer, Patrick Mavros are unable to refund
any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to
recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.

Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a
damaged or in a faulty condition and for orders cancelled before dispatch under
the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).

All orders should be returned to Patrick Mavros, 104-106 Fulham Road, London SW3
6HS, United Kingdom. You will be notified by email once your return has been
received and processed by a member of our team.

Our Story

It all began when Patrick created a pair of earrings for his wife Catja, who
wore them to the hair salon, where her hairdresser saw them and requested that a
pair be made for her. Soon afterwards, all the other ladies who went to the
salon were asking for similar earrings and from this gift of love, our journey
as Africa’s luxury house began.

Patrick and Catja have injected their style and creativity into the magical
environment of their home and studio in the sanctuary of the Umwimsi Valley
where they brought up their four sons.

From day one, the boys grew up immersed in the creative surroundings of their
father’s studio. Alexander, Forbes, Patrick Jnr and Benjamin infused the house
of Mavros with their enthusiasm, creativity and passion with a serious pinch of
fun...

Marrying intricate craftsmanship with an intrepid family heritage, every piece
that we make has been designed by a member of the family with the sole intention
of bringing delight and showcasing the very best of African luxury.

Love pervades everything connected with our business, from the design and
production of our works of art to the care and attention given to serving our
customers and friends and, of course, our love of Africa.
