WITH ROBIN BARCLAY

A CUSTOM AT HOME THERAPY PROGRAM

HOW DO YOU WISH TO LIVE TO YOUR GREATEST POTENTIAL?

Whether you want to get back on the golf course, play with your kids or
grandkids or hike that mountain, we can develop a specialized program to help
you leverage your strengths and get you doing the things you enjoy. We can
help you treat and abolish pain, not mask it with medicine.  We help you keep
moving by working with you through your challenges and giving you the
opportunity to continue with us through our exercise classes in our gym and
in the community.

SOMETIMES KNOWING WHERE TO START IS HALF THE CHALLENGE.

A physical therapist can help you develop a program by helping you understand
your strengths and work on reduced abilities.  We can help you focus on the
right areas, develop a program, and ensure it is done with the correct technique
and progressed safely.

SAFE AT HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY TAKES A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE.

As the saying goes "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." Our
integrated approach to your wellness and mobility can help reduce the need for
unplanned doctor visits and medicine.

TESTIMONIALS AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCES

It was wonderful to be able to work at home and at my own pace. I am able to
move around much more comfortably and I feel much more confident when my husband
and I go out. I sent a picture of myself with the walking poles to my sister,
and she was amazed at how much straighter I was standing! As she said “there is
a great improvement in your quality of life.” I agree. Thanks Robin!
