How do I renew my domain after the first year?

Domain renewal happens automatically. You can view when your domain is up for
renewal and when we will be sending out the renewal invoice via ClientZone.

 * Click on the ‘Hosting’ tab.
 * Select the relevant domain name in the list on the right.
 * Click on the ‘Domain Renewal’ button.
 * Here you’ll see (1) when the domain will expire, and (2) when we will start
   processing the renewal.

Can I cancel the domain if I no longer want it after one year?

Yes, if you no longer want the domain, you can cancel it via ClientZone.

 * Log into ClientZone.
 * Click on the ‘Hosting’ tab.
 * Select the relevant domain name in the list on the right.
 * Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
 * Under the ‘Cancel Service’ section, complete the form.
 * Click ‘Cancel this Service’ to confirm.
