it was smooth transition Cons:move to location field does not populate when just
clicked on it. If you don't start typing nothing will show in the list. Kind of
garbagy especially if you don't know what is in the field

Pros: I like being able to monitor where certain assets are at all times
Cons:The Check in and Checkout feature sometimes doesn't work properly, also
when adding assets to check out there are always two of the same item in the
asset screen which is not pleasing to look at.

Pros: Recently this year with opened two remote offices. The cloud has been very
helpful in providing support to these individuals since I'm not in person with
them. If they have an issue I'm able to logon remotely and assist with fixing.
It will also assist with me tracking time for everyone in the company. Cons:I do
feel the cloud is a little bit more expensive than other management platforms.
So I do wish that they'd have promotions for long time users.

Pros: AssetCloud helps us keep track of all our inventory and who is assigned
assets. We are able to easily export reports that are needed for audits.
Cons:Product has been great. My only criticism is when using the scanner to
enter multiple items the PO Date field doesn't populate in the system. I have to
manually go and enter from the website.

Pros: My company utilizes Asset Cloud at a basic level with no other
integrations. It works well for asset tracking and inventory management.
Scanning barcodes via the app allow for quick auditing process. Cons:Would
prefer an easy way to email audit reminders to inventory managers on a regular
basis. There may be a way to do this, but I haven't had the time to research it
yet.

Pros: AssetCloud is easy to implement. We had the previous version MobileAsset.
We upgraded to AssetCloud a few years ago. Easy to use. It basically manages
itself Cons:The reports could be better. The reports often gives me either too
much or too little information. Often when I run a report I have export it to
Excel to tweak it.

Cons:Some of the software seems to not work as smoothly as it should. Example:
when checking out an asset and assigning a due date, you must add the asset to
the queue and then re-click the record and add the date. Why not just have the
due date available without extra steps.

inventories. The mobile app is a plus when doing floor by floor inventory
