OECD CLAIMS IRELAND HAD NO EXCESS DEATHS DURING PANDEMIC YEARS

New OECD research claims that Ireland had no excess deaths during the pandemic
years of 2020 to 2022.

Research published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development
(OECD) asserts that Ireland was one of nine OECD countries to avoid excess
deaths during this period, reporting the fourth lowest rate globally (and
surpassed only by New Zealand, Iceland and Norway).

Excess deaths or excess mortality refers to the number of deaths from all causes
during a period of time, above what would normally be expected. The OECD
measured the difference between the number of people who died between 2020 and
2022 and the number of people who would have been expected to die during that
time if the pandemic had not happened. Excess death figures include those who
died from COVID-19 without having been tested as well as from other illnesses.

According to Ireland’s Department of Health, previous estimates of excess deaths
during the pandemic did not take into account changes in population size and
demographics, whereas this research accounted for demographic trends in each
country.

The Department of Health claimed that Ireland’s total population increased by 8%
between the 2016 and 2022 census, while the number of people aged 65 and over
increased by 22% during the same period. This is more than double the 10%
increase in the EU 27 countries in the same time period.

Adjusting mortality rates to take account of these changes, it is claimed that
that Ireland did not record excess mortality during 2020 to 2022, and actually
had a lower than expected death rate.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly welcomed the findings this week, saying that
they “point to the success of Ireland’s public health measures” and vaccine
programme.

“I am very pleased to be able to report that Ireland’s excess mortality during
the core pandemic years was the fourth lowest among OECD countries,” he said.

“Ireland asked a lot of its population during this time and the restrictions
that were put in place had a profound impact on us all. These figures point to
the success of Ireland’s public health measures, and to the strong uptake of our
COVID-19 vaccination programme.”

Also reacting to the report, Chief Medical Officer Professor Breda Smyth urged
people to receive their COVID-19 boosters, saying that “COVID is still with us.”

“COVID is still with us, and immunity wanes over time, so I would like to remind
all those who are eligible to top up their protection with a COVID booster this
winter, as well as keeping up to date with their flu vaccine,” she said.

The issue of reported excess deaths in the post-COVID period have been raised
repeatedly in the past year, being referenced in the Dáil by Taoiseach Leo
Varadkar, as well as TDs Richard Bruton, David Cullinane, Peadar Toibín, Mattie
McGrath, Fergus O’Dowd, Duncan Smith, and Willie O’Dea in 2023.

In October, Gript asked Minister Donnelly about the matter, to which he replied
that he was unaware there had been any excess deaths in the wake of COVID and
would “need to see the data” before he could comment.

This was despite the fact that before this Donnelly had officially referred to
Ireland’s high recorded excess death rate in the wake of the pandemic at least
12 times that year in response to various parliamentary questions.

The following week, the Department of Health says it is engaging with the OECD
to monitor excess mortality “as an indicator of the impact of climate change,”
and said that heart-related issues and tumours were some of the leading causes
of death last year.

So they are going for a full scale cover up so then. Just like the good old days
of the rcc genocide. The HSE and our politicians are murderers. They are going
for admissions in twenty years time and a tribunal of the wrongs so then when
the coast is clear. Texas is suing Pfizer, court case in sa, Pfizer lost a court
case in California, court case in Australia, Switzerland has pulled the
vaccines, nearly thirty million dead worldwide, over 52k dead in the UK alone
and our lot think we font know. They should all be in prison for life. Sickos
the lot if them.

I thought I read about access deaths in Ireland on the OECD website? Have they
changed the stats or what or was I just imagining that? …. must be getting old!
The Eurostat belongs to the EU and everything is currently being weaponized by
the EU against their own people at the moment, so even if I saw something on
there, which has been made very difficult to evaluate, with many defensive
headlines, I wouldn’t believe it anyway! This rubbish department is paid for by
our taxes!

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly is the ultimate proof that term-limitations for
all politicians need to be implemented. I can’t imagine where he could be
otherwise employed, but that is not a reason as to why we, as a population,
should be mis-managed by him

My friends mother had been given the all clear for her brain cancer in the
latter half of 2019. Then screenings were massively reduced because of the
pandemic response. Big surprise that when it returned it was too late.

She was only allowed fifty people at her funeral.

The swine in government didn’t care at all.

Ben,

I’ve taken a quick look through this “working paper” OECD.

The Table of their data sources shows they have used a CSO dataset featuring
“registered deaths” by quarter.
This is NOT the appropriate dataset to have used to determine excess deaths
during the pandemic!

The listed data source for the population totals they used is faulty, linking
instead back to the same registered deaths by quarter dataset.

This working paper dated 17 November 2023. Either nobody at the department of
health checked the basis of the numbers used for Ireland OR they are happy to
peddle such poorly researched estimations for Ireland because they serve a
preferred narrative.

I will be contacting both the authors of the paper and the Department to make
them aware of the egregious errors in the estimations for Ireland presented.

As this is the use of statistics to manipulate the population through the media,
the best comments come from;
W. Churchill “The only statistics you can trust are those you falsified
yourself.”and
J. Goebels “Let me control the media and I will turn any nation into a herd of
pigs”
I wonder how far Ireland has gone and how we can measure it?

There never was a Covid19 Pandemic.
Covid 19 was no worse than the winter Flu and only the elderly over ’80’s and
those weakened by co-morbidities died. Among the general population, the recovery
rate was over 99.7%
There was an artificially engineered magnification of deaths by culling the
elderly in Care Homes in March to May 2020 to give the false impression of a
deadly Pandemic.
We were Socially Engineered and played for naive ,trusting gullible fools, using
Fear and Terror to control us.
Between the beginning of January and the middle of March 2020, the death rate
was lower than the 19 preceding years. Deaths started to rise stratospherically
in mid-March 2020, peaking in mid-May 2020 and subsequently dropping below and
staying below the nineteen-year average from mid-May 2020 to the end of the year
2020 after culling the Elderly in the Care Homes.
We now know, all Western governments acted in lockstep during 2020.
Mid-March saw the implementation of what were initially touted as just
two-or-three-week lockdowns. From the moment of Lockdowns the Regime immediately
began to move old and ill people from hospitals – without testing them for
Covid-19 – into Care homes.
The reasoning behind this, or so they tell us, was to free hospital space for
the flood of Covid patients predicted by Bill Gates-funded computer modeller
Neill Ferguson of Imperial College, London to overwhelm every hospital in the
West. In reality, the hospitals were far emptier in 2020 than they had been for
decades.
Care homes with Covid-19 became euthanasia centres for the Elderly. They were
promptly declared off-limits to relatives (who were all locked down anyway) and
remained that way for more than a year. Worse still, doctors self-declared the
Care homes off-limits to doctors as well, whilst the government advised Care
home managers that ill residents who showed signs of Covid-19 should be
quarantined and in effect treated as end-of-life patients.
On top of all these ingredients for a mass culling of the elderly, Do Not
Resuscitate notices (DNRs) were illegally blanket-issued without the knowledge
of the care home residents’ families.
Care home staff had been terrified into believing they would probably die if
they came into contact with Covid-19, and neglected their duty of care in th
main..
Perfectly healthy oldies with a sniffle were locked away in their rooms and
treated as end-of-life patients. Deprived of food and water, they died in their
thousands between mid-March to the beginning of May 2020 assisted in some cases
on their way with ample doses of Minazodal and Morphine.
Terrified care home workers; blanket (and illegal) DNR notices; no visiting
relatives to ask questions; no emotional bond with the newly arrived, and
possibly deadly disease-carrying, defenceless elderly; no visiting doctors;
government and local GP surgery advice to treat fit and healthy residents with
cold/flu symptoms as end-of-life Covid-19 patients. Resulted in The Great Care
Home Cull. All inevitable, given the circumstances.
The greatest tragedy (or crime) in Care homes was that, regardless of the
existence or non-existence of a lethal respiratory virus called Covid-19, the
elderly residents were consigned to die as the direct and inevitable consequence
of Government policies.
Many died from loneliness. Relatively fit and healthy residents suffering from
dementia could not understand why their sons, daughters and grandchildren had
abandoned them. In their misery, they just gave up. They had nothing to look
forward to. Indeed, many thought their children suddenly hated them and no
longer wanted to see them. And so they died. Lonely, confused and heartbroken.
Covid 19 was the Greatest ever Hoax on mankind and was intended to pave the way
for the Greatest ever Crime on Humanity ,that of the introduction of the Toxic
Injection.
No Govt ,Medical Institution or Media can ever be trusted by a sentient person
again.

We must realise that the Fake Pandemic was engineered to create the Fear
,Terror,Panic and Hysteria required to herd the People into taking the Toxic
Injection,that was not a Vaccine.
We are dealing with 2 sets of deaths.
1)The Engineered Care Home Cull to give the impression of a pandemic in March to
May 2020.
2)The later deaths and Injuries caused by the Toxic Injection introduction
.which is ongoing from Heart problems and turbo cancers etc. and has various
time frames depending on different batch toxicity.
The hurried production of the Injection affected the quality control and some
batches were more dangerous than others, with some containing harmless saline.

I agree… but I think there was a bio-weapon virus. How would certain anomalies
such as the power of smell and taste disappearing for up to 6 months? The thing
about bio-weapon-viruses: it is standard to develop a vaccine against these
viruses at the same time. As these vaccines do not follow the traditional
procedures, they can have many side-effects. The problem with the Covid ‘deaths’
was that anyone who was positive, using, what many say, was a very dubious
testing procedure, were counted as a covid-causal-death and the hospital was
paid more for that death! … even if it was a motorcycle or flu-death! Now the
big question is… how many did the vaccine kill? …and they are all saying… we
don’t know what caused the access-deaths… but it wasn’t the vaccine… and then
they show no proof! In Ireland every death up to now got a post-mortem…. but it
was forbidden for Covid deaths! Why? You know, after the CIA murdered Kennedy,
they invented the expression(s) ‘Conspiracy theory/theorist’, to stop people
discussing the obvious holes in the narrative!

The “take away” for those Gript readers like myself – who have been putting
forward a view (not shared by the Gript editor) of some sort of correlation
between the roll out of the “gene therapy” and an increase in mortality – is
that “we’re wrong” ! (I speak only of the period to which OECD stats relate). Of
course, even a non-statistician would understand you need to take account of
population increases (though – before these OECD stats – I saw some reputable
international databases record Ireland as having 12 % or so excess for 2022).
Will
I go away “with a tail between my legs” on the suspicion I have of the existence
of a correlation of the kind above – not quite but I am grateful to Gript for
further elucidating things – most of the MSM hasn’t given much consideration to
this topic. Maybe having a bigger population means a sort of claustrophobic
mechanism is causing relatively healthy, young people – some of them of noted
sporting prowess – to drop dead suddenly !

Reiner Witzbold’s two comments (of today) certainly make me sit up. Clearly, it
would be inexcusable for a body like the OECD to use a wrong dataset as asserted
by Mr. Witzbold. Essentially, my position is that “something smells very dodgy”
when I read of some of the vaxxed falling seriously ill or dying not long after
the “shot”. I do not like the sort of “presumption of innocence” which the MSM
seems to clothe this experimental gene therapy with – on the other hand –
perhaps due to my legal training – I don’t want to rely solely on anecdotal
evidence or checking R.I.P..ie every so often. If there’s a basic flaw in the
OECD stats – and we await further developments – then I’ll definitely “take my
tail from between my legs” – and resume “my sniffer dog mode….”

Ben, great work staying on the excess deaths story!
I’ve been digging into the numbers and am confident I can show Ireland did
experience excess deaths in 2019/20 and 2020/21 although they were minimal.
My calculations include population growth AND changing population structure!
Steady excess mortality started in July 2021, with 2021/22 and 2022/23
exhibiting significant excess mortality.
Take a look at my substack, I’d be happy to chat with you if possible?

So the cover up commences? Haven’t looked at the detail yet but expect they have
rolled up 2020 to 2022 and the lower excess in 2020 increasing in 2021 and 2022
absorbed in the error margins. Iatrogenic deaths in 2020 and 2021 were likely
“pull forward” due inadequate treatment of frail people due to lack of hospital
treatment. Time will tell the truth of it but the authorities certainly won’t.
