WHY GROWFIT DAY CAMPS?

Our summer camps are all about lighting up kids’ enthusiasm for sports, whether
they’re just starting or already have a love for the game. Every day, we roll
out a fun-packed lineup of nine games, handpicked with care by our site
managers. We’ve got everything from traditional team sports like basketball and
soccer to new, creative games like bubble soccer and gaga ball. This variety
guarantees that every camper goes home with exciting stories to share at the
dinner table, all while fostering a love for physical activity and teamwork.

Ensuring your kids have a fun active day when school is out can be tough, but
we’re experts at it.


CONVENIENCE

Our 5 Bay Area locations are conveniently located in Redwood City, San Ramon,
San Jose, Walnut Creek, and  Berkeley.


GROUPED BY AGE

Campers aged 4-12 join age-specific sports groups, interact with peers their
age, and are overseen by a dedicated counselor.


EXPERIENCES

Every child plays nine unique 30-minute sports and games each day that are based
on our critically acclaimed proprietary K-8 PE curriculum.

REDWOOD CITY CAMPS

At our prime location inside SportsHouse in Redwood City, your camper will
discover a world of sports fun. From basketball and volleyball courts to indoor
soccer and sandy outdoor games, there’s something for every acitve spirit. And
when they need a quick switch, campers hit the table tennis or enjoy time in the
bounce house.

Rain or shine, our indoor Redwood City camp keeps the sports going. And when
it’s time for a break, tasty lunches from Kicks Grill have got them covered.

SAN JOSE CAMPS

At our San Jose location inside The Plex, we’ve got sports fun dialed in . With
240,000 square feet to play with, kids tackle indoor rock climbing, challenge
friends at basketball, enjoy black light skating and scooting, and get into an
endless mix of cool games.

And when it’s time to refuel? Lunch isn’t just about eating. With our digital
aquarium backdrop, mealtime turns into its own mini-adventure. Dive in at The

SAN RAMON CAMPS

Stepping onto the field at GrowFit San Ramon, located within East Bay Sports,
your young athlete will be one of the first to experience the thrill of our
brand new turf! Nestled in San Ramon, this indoor facility isn’t just about
scoring goals or catching touchdowns– it’s a safe and vibrant space to enjoy all
of GrowFit’s signature games. From soaring in the bounce house, and playing
bubble soccer, to diving into weekly themed arts and crafts, there’s never a
dull moment here. Get ready for some action-packed sports in San Ramon!

WALNUT CREEK CAMPS

Join us at the Valle Verde Elementary School campus, where sports are an
integral part of our daily rhythm. Hone your basketball skills indoors, enjoy
spirited gaga ball matches, and experience the camaraderie of team-based flag
football. When the sun’s hot, we keep things cool with our refreshing water
games. Don’t miss out on the playful hunt for the hidden golden ticket, adding a
dash of fun adventure. Our mix of indoor and outdoor activities ensures every

BERKELEY CAMPS

Conveniently located at The Academy private school, campers enjoy indoor and
outdoor time. This facility provides indoor areas, outdoor basketball courts,
and space for all types of classic and innovative games. Campers experience all
of the diverse sports the GrowFit curriculum has to offer in their own backyard.
