Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD. He began work for NPM Properties in August of 2021 as the Head of Development, responsible for the construction, setup, inspection, and leasing of newly developed lots. He is married
and has two sons. Ian enjoys working on his Jeep, practicing Jui Jitsu, and shooting.</p>

training of 182 soldiers. His final positions in the Army included: First Sergeant for Charlie Company (Infantry), 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD as well as the First Sergeant of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD. He completed his
Army service as the Senior Military Science Instructor at the University of Delaware. He is now the Development Director for NPM Properties, Inc. Chris is married and has three daughters.</p>

<p>Missy Roberts is a native of Albany, Georgia. She started in property management in 2014 as the Property Manager of the Paradise Village Mobile Home Park located in Albany, GA. Missy distinguished herself and began work for Seabreeze
Management in 2016 following the sale of Paradise Village to Seabreeze. She became a de facto Regional Manager under Seabreeze, responsible for the daily operations of 427 home sites. In 2020 she completed a lateral transfer to NPM Properties
from Seabreeze and became the Regional Manager, responsible for over 700 home sites and 20 employees. In her free time, she enjoys painting and being the aunt to 13 nieces and nephews.</p>

marketing strategies, as well as coordinate and direct marketing efforts. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding and most outdoor activities with her daughter.</p>
