Federal Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen is seeking urgent
briefings from his department as the government seeks to limit the fallout from
the collapse of engineering contractor Clough, amid a threat to almost $10

energy ministers due to take place in Brisbane on Thursday, regarding reforms to
spur investment in infrastructure needed to keep the lights on during the shift
to low-carbon energy.
