cross-culturally valid measure of intercultural competence. You have agreed to complete the IDI® Assessment based on the terms set forth by your institution and/or Qualified Administrator. </p>
<p> By logging into this website and completing the IDI®, you acknowledge and agree to the following: </p>

<li>The IDI® Assessment and its intellectual property is owned and operated by IDI, LLC (the “Company”). </li>
<li>The Company understands the importance of privacy and all your submissions to the IDI® will be protected in accordance with
the <a href="https://www.idiassessment.com/Resources/Licences/PrivacyPolicy.pdf" target="_blank">Company’s Privacy Policy</a> (link opens in new window) and
the <a href="https://www.idiassessment.com/Resources/Licences/TermsOfServices.pdf" target="_blank">Company’s Terms of Service</a> (link opens in new window).</li>
<li>You authorize the Company to collect and process your submissions to the IDI® and share with the Qualified Administrator in accordance with the Privacy Policy.</li>
<li>The Qualified Administrator is bound by license to ensure confidentiality, privacy and security regarding access to any data collected from the IDI® Assessment and reports.</li>
<li>The Company keeps IDI® Assessment data for a period of five years, unless a request is made by an individual or an organization to have it purged sooner.</li>
<li>It is the responsibility of the Qualified Administrator to handle all such requests and to remove data per data removal procedures.</li>
