I have just bought a subscription and have paid for it but I haven't received an
email confirming nor do I get the service bought. So what's wrong? JA: I
understand that you have purchased a subscription from Adobe, but haven't
received a confirmation email or the service you paid for. Is that correct?
Customer: yes JA: Can you please provide me with the email address you used to
make the purchase? Customer: K.xxxxx@skynet.be; there might be a confusion with
the gmail address, which is K.xxxxx@gmail.com JA: Is there anything else the
Computer Technician needs to know? Rest assured, they will be able to help you
with this issue. Customer: I don't think so
