     GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH THE FAMILY
     
     This hotel offered exceptional service and amenities for our family's 7 day
     stay in Surrey. After a day of visiting local attractions our kids enjoyed
     the pool. The outdoor pool atmosphere is a great place to relax. The staff
     were very accommodating, helpful, kind and professional.

     DELIGHTFUL ROOMS, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
     
     Rooms are delightful!
     
     Room service/front desk is HORRENDOUS when it comes to ordering food.
     Ordered food at the front desk, was told it would be 20 min. 53 minutes
     later (and the first phone call down to the front desk curious as to why it
     was taking so long) arrives only but only half there. The following 22
     minutes is spent calling front desk back 3 times (after they say they will
     call back up shortly) and them not understanding what the issue is with the
     missed “sides” of the meal. It’s been 45 min of just waiting since the
     initial call (with no calls from the front desk as to what is happening or
     what can be expected) and now the morning plans have been undone because of
     this ridiculous wait and back and forth with the front desk. After many
     disappointing phone calls the manager of something spoke to me and seemed
     to be the only person who knew how to properly communicate with another
     human at this hotel. He was very helpful and transparent in what had
     happened and ensured the situation was rectified. Unfortunately this coukd
     have been avoided if the front desk properly communicated to their own team
     as well. It shouldn't take hours to solve what could have been a simple
     problem.
     
     All that was wanted was the food that was initially paid for and
     communication. Both of what was never given. This all could have been
     avoided with some understanding and communication from the front desk!

     All the staff from the moment we arrived were amazing, helpful and
     friendly. Food and drinks in the lounge were outstanding and rooms were

     Horrible customer service. I was charged an extra person fee. I went to the
     lobby to ask about this. We are a family of four in a room with two queen
     beds. When I went to ask about the extra fee for the fourth person, the
     manager spoke down to me saying that this room is only designed for three
     people. He told me that there is not enough room for four people to sleep.
     If this is the case it should only be for two people. Two queen beds can
     definitely accommodate four people, especially seeing that two of them are
     teenagers. They just wanted to charge an extra $40.
     
     The whole night the shower was making a dripping sound. My daughter needed
     to wrap a towel around the faucet so that we could sleep.
     
     We had problems with the AC.
     
     We did not ask the staff for further help after speaking to them about the
     extra person fee because I did not like the way I was spoken to. For a
     hotel that was meant to nice and relaxing, it was horrible.

     Good hotel for what we paid, which was a free night voucher which we used
     for a staycation. Housekeeping very slow but everyone was polite. Location
     not convenient if you are in Surrey for the delicious Indian food and
     restaurant strip. Everything was clean and bright and otherwise
     unremarkable. Nice, average Sheraton Hotel. Nothing special. Always a nice
