MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Do I need to supply my credit card to sign up?

No. You are not required to enter your credit card at sign up in order to
receive the free services.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

How long will it take to build my menu?

We have worked hard to make the menu build powerful but easy to use. Typically
it takes about 3 days to create it.

How long will it take to get my QRCodes?

If you register prior to 3pm EST we will ship out our standard contactless menu
cards the next day.

Do you offer custom QRCode menu cards with my logo and color scheme?

Yes. Signup for Dine In Smart plan you can request custom QR menu cards.

 Customer QR menu cards take approximately 1 week to be printed and delivered.

Does this integrate with my ePOS system?

We can work on integration solutions to work with your existing point of sale
and ordering systems, additional charges are applicable.

Can I upgrade from one plan to a higher package?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time just contact our friendly
customer service team.

What should be the size of the QR Codes?

The size of the QR Code depends on the distance from the phone. If the QR Code
is placed at the table, it can be as small as 4 cm. However, if the QR Code is
at a further distance, for instance, at an ordering counter then it should be
bigger. We recommend testing the QR Code before pasting it permanently.

Where should I place the QR Codes for my diners to access it?

QR Code menus can be used for dine-in, delivery, and pickup. You can paste QR
Codes on tables, table toppers, entry points, at the food pickup zone, or on
delivery bags for future orders.

Do my diners need an app to scan a QR Code?

No, they do not. Diners can scan QR Codes using their cellphone cameras, Google
lens, or the QR Code scanner on the control panel.

Will the PDF menu download on my consumers’ smartphone?

No, QR Codes do not force download a PDF on the diners’ smartphone. The diner
browses the PDF menu, places an order, and exits the browser.

Will customers of all ages know how to scan a QR Code?

QR Codes are quite popular and most customers are comfortable scanning them.
However, a few of them might struggle to scan them. To help them, we recommend
adding instructions on how to scan a QR Code using their cell phone camera. Find
a few inspirations on how to make your QR Codes for restaurant menu intuitive.

What is a contactless menu?

A contactless menu is a digital version of the paper and ink traditional menu
that can be viewed on a smartphone. Restaurants big and small are pasting QR
Codes on the table, ordering counters, and by entrances in order to deliver
contactless menus straight to the customers’ hand.

Can I customize my QR Code menu?

Yes, you can! Add your logo, a background, modify the data patterns, or add a
frame around it to tell consumers what needs to be done.

In the future, can I upload a new menu and re-use the same QR Code?

Yes, we support dynamic QR Codes, which means, you can update the menu or
redirect it to your social media page, whenever you wish.

Can I upload my menu or will you do it?

After signup, you would have access to the dashboard where you can upload your
menu. However, we are always there to help whenever you require assistance.

Can I pick from your services and make my own package?

Yes, Our packages are customizable. You can choose from our services and make
your own package. We can even implement new services as you wish.
