Great customer service
Everyone makes mistakes, right? The test of a great company is how they take
care of those mistakes. Well, 1-800-Bollards (Gail and Jonah) exceeded my
expectations in how smoothly, quickly, and painlessly they rectified an error on

General Consumer
Took delivery of a brand new Stainless Steel Retractable Bollard from
1-800-Bollards last week and had the Bollard installed by a general contractor a
few days ago. Unfortunately, the contractor lost the keys that's used to lock
and unlock the Bollard. The security Bollard was locked in it's extended
position and I was unable to move customer's cars in and out of the storage
unit. I started to panic, so I reached out to Gail with 800 Bollards and at no
charge to me, I had a brand new set of keys the next morning by 10:30 - thanks
Gail!! I love my new Stainless Steel Retractable Bollard and appreciate the
excellent service I received from this company - Thanks again, Richard
