No. Our vessels have ‘spuds’ that elevate them out of the water. While they look like they’re floating in water, they’re actually floating on air…about 3 feet above water. WILL THIS CONCEPT BE AVAILABLE IN OTHER CITIES? Yes! CSTM HAUS is already open in NYC and is now working to open more clubs in Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, and Istanbul. It is likely that the floating club concept will be in all those cities except Dallas and Chicago. MEMBERSHIP HOW MANY MEMBERSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE? While CSTM HAUS Miami is capable of offering 720 memberships, we are only offering 360. This will ensure an absolutely premium environment devoid of heavy crowds and an ability to provide members the finest experience. WILL MY MEMBERSHIP PROVIDE ACCESS TO CSTM HAUS CLUBS EVERYWHERE? Yes. Your floating club membership will provide you limited access to all other CSTM HAUS locations when you are traveling. However, we limit the hours to ensure that you’re only using it when you travel. This also ensures that we maintain a comfortable use of the club for that cities members and also for your location so other city members don’t overburden your location. The hours will be plenty for you to experience other clubs while you’re traveling. If you move to a new city, we can easily transfer your ‘home’ city and provide you complete use there. WILL THERE BE A SEPARATE CO-WORKING LOCATION IN MIAMI? WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THAT? Yes and yes! The CSTM HAUS concept is ‘Work by Day Haus’ and ‘Play by Night Haus’. However, in Miami, it will be a little different: ‘Work by Land’ and ‘Play by Sea’. Your ‘Play by Sea’ membership will also provide some limited ‘Work by Land’ access.
