FF4Ultima - 2021 April Fools Everyone is Golbez Edition

2022 April Fools - FFIV Ultima: And there was a hovercraft and a couple of
airships and a spaceship for some reason.

This is a special edition of Ultima v32K, where you begin a new game with the
Hovercraft, the Enterprise, the Falcon and the Lunar Whale parked right outside
of Baron, so you can pretty much go anywhere. It's basically like Free
Enterprise, except that I haven't put any thought into it. Please bear in mind
that this was created as a fun goof, and there are likely out-of-sequence events
that will break the game.
Apply this patch to a clean, unheadered copy of FFIIUS, v1.1.
