Laguna Beach native, Tara Hotchkis has been a top producing real estate agent
since 2003, with recent sales of more than half a billion dollars in residential
real estate.

Tara Hotchkis is the Founder of Luxury Homes + Spaces and the Senior Estates
Director at COMPASS in Beverly Hills. In 2017, Hotchkis represented Major League
Baseball Player, Ichiro Suzuki in the sale of his Downtown Los Angeles Art’s
District Penthouse Loft, setting a new price per square foot record. In addition
to representing celebrities and high profile individual and corporate clients
from DTLA to Malibu, the team also represent exquisite estates internationally.

In addition to real estate, Tara is passionate about contemporary art and
design. She supports several non-profit arts organizations including PS Arts;
serves as an Ambassador for the Los Angeles Public Library Foundation’s Young
Literati, is a member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art’s (MOCA)
Director’s Forum. Tara is a member of SAG-AFTRA, having appeared in numerous
television shows and commercials. In 2013, Tara combined her passion for art and
architecture and co-hosted “The Kuhnert Chronicles” for Ovation Television
Network.

Tara is a contributing writer and member of Forbes Real Estate Council, has been
featured in Angeleno Magazine’s 2017 and 2018 Los Angeles Power Players Issue,
has been a featured real estate expert on CurbedLA, is a former NCAA Division I
tennis player, a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, a graduate of Sotheby’s
Institute of Art, a 2021 graduate of UCLA's feature film screenwriting program,

MEET BRIAN GRIFFIN

Brian Griffin is a Senior Associate Partner with the COMPASS Beverly Hills-based
team. With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Brian has completed
more than 150 transactions, representing over $100 million in business. Above
everything, Brian prioritizes relationship building with his clients. “Open and
honest communication is paramount,” Brian says. “If we do one deal, we will do
more. I’m in it for the long haul. Being a part of most people’s largest life

Outside of real estate, Brian is very dedicated to giving back to the Los

improving the lives of people affected by cancer. An avid surfer, he also
