Welcome to NetLogger Companion!

NetLogger Companion is a mobile application that allows you to view and interact
with NetLogger Nets on the go. With NetLogger Companion, you can view and check
into nets, send and receive Almost Instant Messages, see check-in monitor
status, and even log contacts in real-time. NetLogger Companion is available on
both the App Store and Google Play Store. Download it today!

All settings are saved automatically as entered.


 * Callsign: Your current callsign as assigned by the FCC. Do not use any
   special characters.
 * User Name: The user's name, typically the First Name only. Do not use dashes.
   If a special character is needed, use an underscore.
 * QRZ API Key: API key provided to QRZ paid subscription members for remote
   access to logbooks. This can be found in your QRZ Logbook Settings.
 * Dark Theme: Selects dark theme for the app.


The About Page provides basic app info such as:


 * App Name
 * Version
 * Build Number
 * Support Contact Details
 * How many nets are operating on each NetLogger Server
 * Link to this website/guide


The Active Nets screen updates once per minute and shows you which Nets are
currently active and the following details:


 * Net Name
 * Net Control
 * Frequency
 * Mode
 * Active Users


The Net Details page shows ALL users that have checked into the Net. This page
updates every 20 seconds.

The active check-in, as selected by the Net Control, is highlighted with a green
border.

Each line indicates:


 * Callsign
 * User Name
 * Location
 * Special Remarks
 * Status (nc, log, vip, etc.)


Clicking the caret on the right expands the card to show additional details and
the Log Contact button.

Contact logging is only available for users that have paid for the QRZ
subscription.

Tap in the RST-R and RST-S fields to enter the signal report values such as 55
and 57 or other numerical value. Tap the Log Contact button to log the contact.

The contact will be logged to your QRZ logbook.

Selecting the AIM button will display or hide the AIM window allowing you to
read almost instant messages as well as send them.

AIM updates automatically every 20 seconds along with the check-in list and
monitors.

Selecting the Monitor button shows all Check-ins by Callsign along with their
name, software version, and online/offline status.

Updates every 20 seconds just as the check-in list and AIM window.
