EY is looking for team members who can create, sell, advise and implement a
broad range of resilience services but specifically be a leader in the field of
IT Resilience. This role will see you take a key position in developing and
taking to market EY’s Cyber Resilience services with a view on IT disaster
recovery and IT resilience. You will also be expected to take a leading role in
building out EY’s cyber practice and its services, working with alliance
partners and advising clients on the current market trends.
The role will see you providing specialist advice as part of large
multi-discipline EY engagement teams working on the likes of assessments of
current resilience capability, end-to-end mapping, disaster recovery testing,
breach preparedness and response, incident management and crisis exercising, IT
Resilience testing and assessment and a variety of other resilience work as part
of large scale cyber and business transformations.
You will work with colleagues to develop new and innovative resilience solutions
and services, specific industry propositions that solve client problems/issues
and integrates with their overall cyber delivery and support strategy.
In addition to the above, you will have an opportunity to work across all
aspects of Cyber, Technology and business solutions.  












Required skills:

- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating
expertise
- Be a good communicator with the ability to contribute assuredly to a wide
variety of cyber and business consulting projects and in discussions with peers
and management
- Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and
persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key
decisions
- Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and
sustainable solutions.
- Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members,
and is capable of motivating teams to maximise performance
- Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during
client assignments
- Structure and manage projects or programs of work which meet client
expectations and mitigate any risks or issues
- Build, drive and support teams
- Experience in Resilience consulting at a senior or management capacity.
- A delivery record of IT Resilience or IT Disaster Recovery related projects
and programs
- Knowledge of IT Resilience / ITDR good practice, its implementation and
challenges
- Awareness of current frameworks, technologies, emerging trends, and best
practices related to IT or Cyber Resilience
