CAPITAL CREDITS
You might not realize it, but when you signed up to receive electric service
from San Isabel Electric, you became a member — and owner — of an electric
utility. While investor-owned utilities return a portion of any profits back to
their investors, electric co-ops operate on a not-for-profit basis. So instead
of returning leftover funds, known as margins, to investors who might not live
in the same region or even the same state as you do, we periodically issue
capital credits based on how much you paid the co-op for electricity during a

Veta Public Library. They completely redesigned and replaced our aging and
ailing HVAC system, helping us to move away from an inefficient propane-based
system to one that is entirely electric and on the cutting edge of HVAC tech.
What's more, they completed the project on-time and under-budget, despite our
very rural location. We are extremely pleased with San Isabel and their
fantastic team of professionals who helped us through every step of this major
project. San Isabel has helped to ensure La Veta Library will continue to serve
its patrons for many years to come."

been tight and they have worked with us with in reason on our bill to where we
have never Been shut off if our power goes out due to storms they are Jonny on
the spot. San Isabel is the best to work with better than xcell in Denver hands
down say we can only give a 5 start I would give Peggy alone a 100 stars. It
will be a said day when she retires that's for sure"
