6,000,000 Miles Giveaway

 1. The promotion period is from 2 Dec 2022, 11:00 to 3 Jan 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8),
    both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
 2. Transaction which consists of return or exchange are deemed as ineligible
    transaction in the "6M Miles Giveaway".
 3. Miles rewards will be credited to the member's account, from which the
    eligible transaction was made.
    * a. Capsule machine reward 2,000 miles
      1. Members must spend HKD500 or above in a single transaction at Cathay
         online or Cathay - Cityplaza to get a chance to play the capsule
         machine.
      2. Members must visit Cathay -Cityplaza during business hours in person
         and present the order number of an eligible transaction to the staff to
         get the chance to play the capsule machine.
      3. Each member can only participate in the capsule machine game once and
         earn up to 2,000 during the promotion period.
      4. The quota of the 2,000 miles reward is 1,900 and is available on a
         first come first served basis.
      5. If a member returns or exchanges all or part of the products in the
         order after participating in the capsule machine game, the member's
         eligibility to obtain 2,000 miles will be voided.
    * b. New store 1,000 miles shopping reward
      1. Members must spend HKD500 or above in a single transaction at Cathay
         online or Cathay – Cityplaza to enjoy the offer.
      2. Members must choose at least one item in the eligible transaction to
         pick up in-store at Cathay - Cityplaza and pick up during the promotion
         period to enjoy the offer.
      3. Each member can only enjoy the offer once and earn up to 1,000 miles
         during the promotion period.
      4. The quota of the 1,000 miles rewards is 1,900 and is available on a
         first come first served basis.
      5. If a member returns or exchanges all or part of the products in the
         order after the in-store pick up, the member's eligibility to obtain
         1,000 miles will be voided.
    * c. Ultimate prize 100,000 miles
      1. All eligible cash spending at Cathay online or Cathay - Cityplaza is
         accumulated during the promotion period.
      2. The first 3 members with the highest cash spending accumulated during
         the promotion period are eligible to earn the bonus 100,000 miles.
      3. Transaction which includes exchange or return of products will not be
         counted in the accumulated spending.
      4. If member pays with “Miles Plus Cash”, only the cash portion of the
         spending will be counted in the accumulated spending.
      5. The quota of the 100,000 miles reward is 3. If the accumulated cashing
         spending of the member is the same, the allocation of the prize will be
         determined by the priority of the last transaction order time.


New member 1,000 bonus miles reward

 1. This promotion is only applicable to those who have successfully enrolled as
    Cathay member through the designated enrolment page. Only new Cathay members
    are eligible for the offer. Member will not be eligible for bonus miles if
    they enrol through other channels.
 2. The promotion period is from 21 Nov 2022 00:00 to 31 Dec 2022 23:59 (GMT+8),
    both dates inclusive.
 3. Every eligible new member will receive 1,000 miles.
 4. Each eligible new Cathay member will be entitled to the New Joiner Bonus
    once only.


End of Year Sale - Up to 50% Miles Off

 1. The promotion period is from 15 Nov 2022, 12:00 to 2 Jan 2023, 23:59
    (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
 2. The up to 50% miles off promotion only applies to items in the "End of Year
    Sale" subcategory.
 3. The total discount available to members is subject to the final calculation
    shown on the shopping cart page.


Shop and earn miles up to HKD4=1 mile

 1. The HKD4=1 mile earn rate is applicable to Diamond, Gold and Silver members
    only. Other members can earn at HKD5 =1 miles
 2. Miles can be earned on the full cash or cash portion of the Miles Plus Cash
    purchase. If miles are used to pay for part of the purchase, miles will only
    be earned on the portion paid with cash excluding taxes, import duties and
    clearance (if applicable).
 3. To find out how many miles you could earn, simply slide the Miles Plus Cash
    slider on the product details page and cart page at the time of checkout.
 4. Eligible transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed
    will be disqualified for mileage accrual.


General

 1. The business hours of Cathay – Cityplaza is Monday – Sunday, 11:00 – 21:00 (
    GMT + 8).
 2. No further notice will be given if members are unable to receive rewards due
    to limited quota.
 3. "6,000,000 Miles Giveaway" miles rewards and New member 1,000 bonus miles
    reward will be credited to the eligible members who have fulfilled the
    relevant requirements stated in the clauses above, within 8 weeks after the
    promotion ends. Shop and earn miles up to HKD4=1 mile miles reward will be
    credited to members approximately 2 weeks after the product/service has been
    delivered or consumed.
