Natural Wellness

The Ottawa Integrative Health Centre provides such services as Naturopathic
Medicine, Nutritional Counseling, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine,
Lifestyle Counseling, Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Reflexology.
We also have our referral community of Chiropractors, Osteopaths and others to
ensure that your health care plan is the right one to help you achieve and
maintain optimal health. The best Naturopathic Medicine is truly Integrated and
Natural care.

Saturdays (one Saturday per month)

Driving Directions

904 Lady Ellen Place: Take the Queensway to the Carling avenue exit. Merge onto
Carling avenue toward Kirkwood avenue. Turn right onto Kirkwood avenue. Turn
right onto Laperriere avenue. Turn right onto Lady Ellen Place.

The Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre (2260 Walkley Rd.): Take the Queensway to
Walkley Rd. exit. Merge onto Walkley Rd. Turn left onto St Laurent Blvd. Turn
left.

Parking Suggestions

There is plenty of free parking available at both locations.

Bus Routes

The OIHC is conveniently located on OC Transpo bus routes: 81 & 14

For the Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre OC Transpo buses: 106, 112, 114 &
148 can be taken.
