WHO WE ARE

LARGEST SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY IN THE MIDWEST SERVING ASIAN AMERICANS…

CASL is an all-inclusive nonprofit agency with 40+ years of experience educating
youth, caring for seniors, training the workforce, placing  immigrants on the
path to citizenship, and securing our community’s housing and financial
wellbeing.

THOUGHT LEADERS WHO CONSTANTLY INNOVATE THE WAY WE SERVE…

When the stay-at-home order came, CASL was ready to serve clients either
remotely or through safe distancing and protection practices. Our community’s
needs can change in an instant, and we prepare ourselves for any needs that can
arise.

STRATEGIC ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY’S EVER-CHANGING NEEDS…

Our Center for Social Impact uses Salesforce to evaluate client data, help staff
make informed decisions, prove program impact through dashboards, aid in shaping
policy, and pivot to assist with data during remote operations.

GENERATIONS OF SERVICE…

Many of the households we serve are multigenerational with three or more
generations all living under the same roof. But even when this isn’t the case,
CASL is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of entire families no matter how many
roofs they live under. Families are the foundation of our community, and when
our foundation is strong, our community can thrive.

AIDING FIRST RESPONDERS...

"At this time, our daughter is working at a hospital and she cannot come home to
help. It is too difficult for us to grocery shop and cook alone. Thank you for
providing senior meal delivery service!"

ADDRESSING CRITICAL NEEDS...

"My mother has special dietary needs. It is a challenge to make sure she is
eating properly, and being limited by the pandemic makes it even more difficult.
CASL meal delivery is a tremendous help!"

MS. CHEN

daughter of senior client

EASING INHIBITING FEARS...

“We seniors are stuck at home because we are afraid to go outside and be exposed
to COVID-19. CASL prepares us healthy meals and delivers them on time. It’s
important that we have this service!”
