When you place your order, there will be a section for you to list any allergies or intolerances. You will then be contacted by a registered dietitian before your class or delivery date to coordinate these needs. Are meals ready to eat out of the pot or do I need to assemble them? Meals are measured, assembled, and ready to cook, however some additional assembly may be required after cooking. How much freezer space do I need for my meals? The amount of space needed varies depending on the size of your order. The average space needed is about 12"×12"×16" or less. You can also place parchment paper between bags to prevent them from sticking together in the freezer. We suggest freezing them upright. What meal sizes are available? Size options are small (serves 1–2 adults), medium (serves 3–4 adults), and large (serves 6–8 adults). Is this a subscription or a one-time order? Citrus Pear is not a subscription service.
