ONB BANK WILL BECOME EAGLE ROCK BANK ON FEBRUARY 1ST, 2024

WELCOME

We are excited to announce that ONB Bank will be transitioning to a new name –
Eagle Rock Bank, effective February 1, 2024. The name change from ONB Bank to
Eagle Rock Bank does not reflect a change in ownership. We remain the same
great, locally owned bank with a dedicated staff, offering you the products and
services you expect.

As we transition to Eagle Rock Bank, you will notice changes in our name and
branding, but our commitment to providing you with exceptional service will
carry on. Continue to bank with us as you always have, whether it’s online, via
our mobile app, or at one of our branches.

To assist you during this transition, we have compiled a few Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs) below:

1. Why is the bank changing its name?

The name change is part our rebranding initiative, reflecting our evolving
mission and aligning with our future goals. We believe that the name Eagle Rock
better represents our growth and the direction we are heading towards.

2. Will my account number(s) change?

No, your account number(s) will not change. You can continue to use your
existing checks, debit, and credit cards. New card and check orders will reflect
the new Eagle Rock brand.

3. Will there be any changes to the bank’s branch locations?

Both our Rochester and Stewartville branch locations will remain the same.
Continue to visit your nearest branch for all your banking needs. We will be
adding an Eagle Rock office, located in St. Louis Park in early 2024, available
by appointment only.

4. Will there be any changes to the bank’s customer service contact information?


Our phone numbers will remain the same. To enhance our online services and
security measures, we will be updating our website to www.eaglerock.bank and our
email addresses will end with @eaglerock.bank.
