Registration Instructions

1. Complete your online registration by Tuesday, September 13, 2022

Complete electronic registration by clicking on the REGISTRATION tab; electronic
registration forms will be sent directly to American Express Meetings & Events.

2. You will receive a confirmation email once your online registration is
completed:
Please ensure accuracy of your information and contact American Express Meetings
& Events via email at BMSmtgreg@amexgbt.com or the R&D Symposium Organizing
Committee via email at RDSympsoium@bms.com with any changes. If attendance
capacity is maximized, a waitlist has been setup in the system. You will be
contacted via email should additional attendance opens.

3. Confirmation process:
Login details for the virtual platform will be provided prior to the start of
the meeting.
