These Terms of Use and our Corporate Privacy Notice (the "Privacy Notice" or the
"Notice") represent a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between
HanesBrands Inc. ("HanesBrands") and you with respect to your use of the

website or webpage with content, material or information (collectively,
including, but not limited to, the content, material and information, the

TERMINATION

are no longer authorized to access the Site, and the restrictions imposed upon
